I was going for a natural look, and that's exactly what I got. All ladies at the salon were very helpful and professional. She explained the process she uses and explained that she always adds a a treatment to her relaxers. My suggestion would be to add that in to the pricing so ppl are aware up front. After my relaxer, I had the steam treatment which was cool. I sat under the dryer - that seemed really quick! () and had a snack that they offer, and then got trimmed and styled. I left looking cute. The atmosphere in the salon was very inviting and Mia is a talented stylist. I would ask for a different brand of relaxer next time though - my hair felt unusually dry after until I washed it myself and put a moisturizing treatment in. But I'll be back!
