I am super picky with the length and shape of my nails. They know I like them sort and roundish. Also, I always get SNS - this is the best quality powder around. I've had SNS from other salons in the past and my nails would break after 2 weeks. Here, I always go 3+ weeks (and hypothetically if the nail does crack, it still stays ON, and does not fall off... but my nails have not cracked in over a year!). The color variety is awesome too! Some colors are really fun and glow in a black light! (See my attached pictures for all my fun colors over the years!) The pedicures are always very relaxing and they recently started with a hot stone at the end! It's an amazing extra! If you're in need of a massage, see Dora! More importantly though, each of the employees try their best to satisfy each customer- any time I ask them to make a change (I am very picky!!) they oblige and do an amazing job. This is just some of the wonderful work they've done on my nails :) I always ask for different designs and like to challenge them, and they're always up for it and willing to try. I know in the past they've accepted walk-ins, but now with how everything's been set up because of COVID, they've had to start requesting appts. I decided to give it another chance and returned for a second visit with JIM but the same thing happened again--my cuticle was cut and bleeding, with no apology or concern shown. I was done now. I originally switched from a salon in Mount Kisco because this location was further and more expensive, but after these experiences, I'll be going back. You truly get what you pay for. I had asked for a regular French pedicure no gel. The regular costs $35 vs. gel $68. The price gap is insane. The paint job was horrible seriously a 10 year old can do better. I honestly think they were just annoyed I didn't go with gel. After spending nearly 2 hours for regular polish I finally sit to dry my nails. The nail tech starts massaging me which I assume comes with the service because she never stated otherwise. When I go up to pay I'm being charged $62!!! $15 for a 10 minute massage plus other hidden fees. This is ridiculous!! Sneaky employees trying to charge you all because I decided to try and save some money getting regular polish. Unbelievable. Disgusting service and a complete waste of time and money. I wish nothing but the worst on your business.
