There is one person there who seeks to be in training. She takes her time, but the polish always chips. I always go back and they fix it for free. What needs to be noted here is that you get a free massage while you're getting your nails done. The massage lady rubs oil on your back, neck and arms and it's amazing. If you get lucky and go there on a slow day, she may do it for 20 minutes! I always pay her for an extra ten minutes. I've even considered going back just for a massage. This is an expensive salon for sure, but since the massage is included I think it's worth it!

I am super picky with the length and shape of my nails. They know I like them sort and roundish. Also, I always get SNS - this is the best quality powder around. I've had SNS from other salons in the past and my nails would break after 2 weeks. Here, I always go 3+ weeks (and hypothetically if the nail does crack, it still stays ON, and does not fall off... but my nails have not cracked in over a year!). The color variety is awesome too! Some colors are really fun and glow in a black light! (See my attached pictures for all my fun colors over the years!) The pedicures are always very relaxing and they recently started with a hot stone at the end! It's an amazing extra! If you're in need of a massage, see Dora! She finds the spot and really works it out! I've had man knots in my neck and she gets them out every single time!!! If you're trying them for the first time, tell Nana I said Hi!!! More importantly though, each of the employees try their best to satisfy each customer- any time I ask them to make a change (I am very picky!!) they oblige and do an amazing job. This is just some of the wonderful work they've done on my nails :) I always ask for different designs and like to challenge them, and they're always up for it and willing to try. I know in the past they've accepted walk-ins, but now with how everything's been set up because of COVID, they've had to start requesting appts. I had asked for a regular French pedicure no gel. The regular costs $35 vs. gel $68. The price gap is insane. The paint job was horrible seriously a 10 year old can do better. The nail tech starts massaging me which I assume comes with the service because she never stated otherwise. When I go up to pay I'm being charged $62!!! $15 for a 10 minute massage plus other hidden fees. This is ridiculous!!
