SUPER RUSHED, not attentive and not welcoming. The salon is clean and bright, but the service was extremely rushed. The lady scrubbed the bottom of my feet for probably 5 seconds per foot. It went so fast, as If she wasn't interested and just wanted to be done with it. She rolled her eyes at me because I was trying to decide between 2 colors. I got both mani and pedi. Wasn't impressed by the service at all. They do carry good quality polish, but the service was bad. Will NOT be coming back here. Lots of other options in the area. read more

I really think this nail places isn't good, I paid 139 dollars on a fill and pedicure. I got the lavender pedicure and it was rushed, so was my fill. I asked the guy to draw on white daisys and he gave me blue rose stickers. I got my nails done yesterday and my pinky nail already fell off. They're nice but they rushed it. read more

I've always gone during the week so there is usually no one else there. I've recently moved to enfield and tried a few places but I keep coming back to this one. They do a great job, the standard manicure here is what you'd get as a "spa" manicure at most other places. They offer different levels of pedicures and they're also one of the few places in the area that does a dip powder too! For some reason the gel doesnt like to stick to my nails very long but the powder lasted 3 weeks before I grew out of them. Very uncomfortable pedicure. Pedicure was very rushed and rough. At one point I was cut by the metal pumice that was used on my foot. I was bleeding! Woman who was working on my feet never apologized. I was given a band aid. Tools were not sanitized despite my blood being on them. Only washed with water that my feet were soaking in. My nails do come out good. They are not very friendly. When I requested a wax on my lip; the woman spread baby powder on my face. Extremely rude and then refused to wait on me when I said 'No Baby Powder' They are new and their attitude is offensive and I would rather spend my money elsewhere... I went for a manicure and pedicure at 12:30 on a Wednesday. The salon offers a special Monday-Wednesday...$35 mani/pedi which would regularly be $45. At best...it was worth maybe $25. Both services were complete in 45 minutes and I gave myself 10 minutes of drying time. If you are limited on time, this is the place for you. But if you are looking to be pampered and relax, go somewhere else. Not only were the services rushed, mind you I was the only customer, but music with explicit lyrics was playing. I don't normally mind that type of music in the car or in a social atmosphere but in a spa setting I don't feel it is appropriate. The only reason for 2 stars and not 1 is the decor is very nice and appears clean. The salon is super clean looking since the interior is decked out in black and white. I came in on a Monday at 4pm with an appointment and the salon was empty. When I arrived, the two ladies were sitting at the table on their phones.. wasn't greeted all too well. She sat me down and started on my gel pedi. Don't get me wrong, she was nice, but did not ask about the shape or length I wanted for my toes. She just snipped it and oh well loll too late. So I asked her to file them squoval. As for my gel mani... it was okay. Felt SUPER rushed. People started coming in and she put the sugar scrub on my hands... rubbed them in in 2 circles and asked me to wash my hands lmao I was so confused. My gel mani and gel pedi took me a total of almost an hour... that's ridiculous for a $75 service. I wish they could've been more attentive. The only thing I really liked other than the clean atmosphere is the gel brand they have. They have Korean gel polish and I absolutely (I'm bias I guess) loved that. But idk about their overall service. Nails came out nicely, but just so rushed. Will come back to try again. Maybe I came on a bad day? Hopefully my second time around will be better read more

When my sister and I got here there were two people in chairs and two workers present. I said I wanted a gel manicure and she wanted a regular manicure. They gestured us to sit and we say and waited about 5-10 minutes. The guy began working on my nails and he was clearly rushing to get mine done and the woman came over to do my sisters. Done in 10 minutes flat for both of us. Now 6 days later, my gel nails are already chipped. I get my nails done every 2-3 weeks at the other salon I go to and they never chip in the first two weeks after having them done. I will not be going back here and now I need to pay again for another gel manicure after only 6 days. Poor quality and rushed service. read more

What a disappointing experience. I have been a customer for several years- and things have gone down in the last year, but tonight was a new low. I made an appointment and waited 30 minutes before my manicure started. Ok- that can happen. But after waiting half an hour, my manicure was rushed and sub par. The technician rushed trimming my nails and cuticles, shaped the nails with a file but didn't go over my nails with the small sander block, didn't keep my nails in the dryer to cure but as soon as one hand was finished with polish wanted to switch hands under the dryer, and then did not do the normal back and shoulder rub, use the exfoliant scrub on my hands and lower arm, nor dip my hand in wax as is the usual. In short, I waited more than 30 minutes, and received a manicure which lasted 20 minutes including removal of my prior polish. They can do a lot better than this- they surely have in the past. When I mentioned to the technician at check out I was disappointed and why- she said the prior customers took longer, and the wax machine was turned off. No reason for no massage or scrub or how the manicure took 20 minutes when it is usually between 30 and 40 minutes. I don't mind waiting if i get the service i have waited for- but they just wanted to get out of there and go home. While I have gone here for several years- this may be my last visit. If this is their new normal- not worth it. read more

I get my nails done regularly and this is the nicest and cleanest place I've ever been to. So many other places in the area take a lot of shortcuts, use drills on natural nails and cut cuticles down way too much. Dream nails has been helping me to repair the damage done. And after two appointments of gel manicures my nails are not at all brittle or damaged, they actually wait until the gel slides right off instead of scraping at it. I had a awful experience last week and my nails looked horrible so I went here and they were very honest and fixed me up with a great manicure instead to let my nails grow a bit. it was very clean and relaxing.
