Great atmosphere every time I come in. They really take their time with shaping, whether it's gel or acrylics, and it shows in how clean and precise the final result is. They put a lot of effort into every design and never rush through it. I also really appreciate that they always double check to make sure I'm happy with the color and shape before finishing. Horrible service. Super thick uncomfortable acrylics put on- when being taken off cracked my nail beds and caused them to bleed and left me in horrible pain. Then the woman who originally did them , said I was at fault. Not coming back. read more

Horrible customer service! Arrived at 3:50 for a pedicure, When I walked in, one of the women seemingly brushed me off when I asked how long was the wait. I should've known then. I patiently waited 15 minutes, before I was ushered to a pedicure station to wait some more. She had barely begun clipping my toenails when the initial employee was requesting payment. Seriously?! After the most rushed pedicure of my life, she shook my husband down upon arrival. I don't even think she said hello, just "you pay now?" I had been drying for 9 minutes when she tried to tell me I was all set, but don't put my shoes on. I said it hasn't even been 10 minutes. She let me dry for an additional 4 minutes before kicking us out. At 4:48, she was in the car and leaving. I'm sitting in my car continuing to dry. My feet look great! But the customer service was nonexistent and rushing to close early left a bad taste in my mouth. Also, my pedicure was not relaxing at all as she was so fast and aggressive about it. Having someone work on your feet at the speed of light actually is kind of anxiety inducing. There are 3 other nail salons within immediate walking distance of this one. I was very happy with my experience at PMK yesterday. The nail salon was quiet, which I love! I hate when they are loud and people have to yell to speak to each other. Tina did my nails and let me tell you, she was great! I haven't gotten a manicure done in such a long time and because of her job well done, I will be a regular. Prices were good, it was $30 for my gel manicure. But overall what I was really impressed with was the cleanliness of the salon and the variety of color options that they had for their gel polish... probably over 50! I've never been to a local place that has so many great options. It was so hard to choose. PMK is a great place and I would recommend it to anyone! read more

I have never felt so compelled to write a review and share my experience in my entire life. I give this nail salon no stars. My teen daughter saved her money to get a full set. She was so excited. Well, we went to PMK nail salon and had the worst possible experience ever. Big mistake. First off, the prices are very high. I have never seen a nail salon that does not include nail polish with a full set. So $40 for a full set of acrylic nails (not gel) plus an additional $5 for nail polish that should be included in a full set. My daughter wanted a few hearts for Valentine's Day on two nails and that was another $5. Lynn, the nail tech, was running late past our appointment time so she had another tech apply the tips. Fine. Well then Lynn comes along and basically rushes through and the nails look thick, uneven length and shape and just messy looking overall. Here comes the best part- she painted my daughters nails so messy and the nail art (that we paid an additional $5 for) was done so sloppy it looks like it was done by a toddler. She didn't wait for the polish to dry before applying clear polish and the red polish from the hearts streaked all over the pink polish underneath. She tried to play it off like nothing and sent my daughter to dry her nails while she went to go warm up her car to leave. When she came back, I pointed it out, she got loud and rude about it and made us feel really uncomfortable. This nail salon has high end prices with low end products and services. No attention to detail and terrible customer service. The place is kind of gross looking too. Needless to say, we will never go back nor recommend this nail salon to anyone. Absolutely the best around. Number one thing for me the place is spotlessly clean. There is an amazing ventilation system that takes the smell away and its just smells clean. My gel manicure was perfect and spot on. The gel fill was done with absolute perfection. My pedicure the 30 dollar pedicure was great as well. Over all amazing. Sweetest people working there and very meticulous about their work. They also put gloves on your hands to protect skin from UV lights. read more

Probably some of the nicest ladies I have ever met working in a nail salon. Every single one of them is so welcoming! Prices are standard, but the service is not. These ladies don't just treat you like a number like they do at most nail salons. The place itself is very clean and the environment is as relaxing as it should be. They have a little cooler full of bottled water that they offer to each and every client. The manicure itself is good. Not the best I've ever had, but very good. The pedicure, though, was outstanding. I felt like the massage went on forever, and it was so nice! Definitely a nice addition to East Longmeadow! I can't wait to come back! read more

I came here on Tuesday afternoon (5 days ago) and got a gel manicure with two of my friends. The ladies doing our nails were so friendly and talkative- just really nice! My nails looked pretty good once they were done but one nail had a bump near the top (from painting over a piece of clipped cuticle) and a few of my nails were painted to my skin.. So shortly afterwards it has pulled away and get caught on things (like my hair while washing it). I would come back to this salon because of the nice ladies who work there and the location but it wouldn't be my first choice because of the quality of the manicures. If I came back I wouldn't come back for a gel manicure but I may get a regular manicure or pedicure. read more
