Completely disappointed and would NOT recommend. I made an appointment to simply get my nails painted prior to an engagement photo shoot. I informed the nail tech I was getting engagement photos at the start of the appointment. I got to my nail appointment 10 minutes early and I asked for 3 coats. She said okay with no reservation or hesitation. I then allowed for my nails to dry for over 25 minutes at their salon. She sent me off. I live 5 mins away and my nails all completely smudged. I had to cancel my other plans for the afternoon and return to get my nails redone a second time. Now, it has been almost 2 hours (for a simple non gel, non dip manicure). I ask to speak to the manager due to my displeasure with the service. He explained they don't like to "push their customers to not get 3 coats". Aren't they the experts when it comes to nails? Second time around, I chose a different color (thinking maybe the first one I chose was just an older polish) and only 2 coats. My nails have STILL smudged. I should've just bought my own nail polish and done my own nails. Will NOT be returning. read more

Thank you to my friend Heather for suggesting Dream Nails! I'm thrilled with everything about my service. Kim took off my old too wide gel set and stated that my own nails are very strong. So, I didn't need to add tips! After applying 3 coats of gel polish with the UVA drying in-between, and a top coat, Kim added oil to my cuticles. I then washed my hands. Then I was treated to a paraffin wax dip, and a back passage while it set. I'm absolutely thrilled with how my OWN nails look. I'll be back in two weeks for a fill. And within a month my natural nails will be the same length as the old tips! Thank you, Kim at Dream Nails... I my nails!!! read more

Great salon! They like to do appointments mostly since they are normally busy. Anytime I call, they are able to fit me into their schedule. Now I just book them every two weeks. Everyone is very friendly. They also have dividers in the pedicure chairs so no one is too close to each other. Very clean and well run establishment. They also do the paraffin wax dip on your hands and a small massage on your neck and back with a manicure. I highly recommend this place. read more

I usually get dip on my nails at another salon but since I'm home from college I decided to try Dream. I got white, and right away there was a pink tint on them and they didn't last 2 days without chipping. It's been a week and every nail has either a crack or chip. The dip I get from my other salon usually lasts me at least 3 weeks without chipping, so I was very disappointed. I'm not sure about their other manicures, but save yourself the money if you were planning to get dip from here. read more
