And he only had 1 end zone ticket! He and his old man sales speech sucks and so does his garbage company!! I trusted him to have a variety of choices of seats for this big game and he failed me!

With just a couple of weeks left in the regular season, the NHl's Columbus Blue Jackets had a…read morechance to make the playoffs. Long story short, they snatch defeat out of the jaws of victory. I went to one of those games at Nationwide Arena and this is my story. I was able to get a level 200 ticket from a third party and with a $20 coupon the total cost was $45. See my photo for the view from my seat. There are several parking garages around the arena. The farther the garage is away from the arena the higher the cost. Figure $10 to $25 to park, I lucked out at $10 that night and it was only a 5 minute walk. There is street parking but you have to be really lucky. Uber drivers are not permitted near the arena so you will end up walking anyway Hockey has 3 periods with an intermission between periods 1 & 2, and 2 & 3. Nationwide arena has numerous and diversified concession stands. They have concessions that cater to dietary choices. Get out is is also easy. Streets are blocked off to create one way traffic. Traffic is flowing out is directed one way so that cars are not cutting lanes. I'm still proud to be a member of the Fifth line.

We booked this company for our wedding two months in advance. I had multiple check ins with the…read morecompany throughout the planning process and even the day of the wedding. They called 5 times to make sure they had mine and my sister's correct contact information. It seemed like they were very organized and prepared, but that could not be more wrong. We booked the party bus to transport the wedding party and wedding guests to our after party location. The bus never showed up. I requested the driver only contact my sister if need be as I was the bride and not on my phone. They only called me once, left a voicemail that was completely unintelligible words. My sister called that number back after she noticed I had a missed call. The driver answered, then hung up. She called again, he said call the management company, but didn't provide a number. My sister eventually found the number and got ahold of the management team. They offered no solution. The groom called management again and they offered to come pick us up at the after party location, but still for an extra cost. My husband asked for a refund and they refused. I cannot believe the horrible customer service we experienced. I will say Sabrina was our point of contact until we ran into any issues and she was so sweet, sounded genuinely excited for us every time we spoke. The owner of the company was rude when my husband spoke with him, and the driver was absolutely awful and unprofessional on the phone. Obviously nothing could ruin our amazing perfect day, but this definitely put a wrench in the after party celebrations. I will NEVER allow my friends or family to book from this company. Thank god my credit card company was able to dispute the charge and I got a refund that way. This experience was absolutely ridiculous. update: i've received word from my sister Sabrina was NOT helpful. i take it back.

It has been converted into a multi room entertainment venue, hosting large regional and National acts. As it is easy to imagine, the acoustics are superb. The ambience is special in that it is not a plain, bland, run of the mill auditorium. The several concerts that I have attended here have had strict security entrance requirements. This can result in lines of people queuing up, waiting to be screened and cleared. This of course can result in some delay for entry. My advice is to show up early in order to accommodate this extra time needed. I have posted some photos of the line so you can have a better idea of what goes on. There is parking available nearby, but this is also an issue that should be thought out in advance. I have utilized car service when visiting Bluestone, which really just made things a whole lot easier.
