He was extremely patient and sensitive to my needs and offered the option of paying with Paypal when I expressed my aversion to providing credit card numbers over the phone. I could not be more pleased with a monetary transaction.....and he saved me some money by doing the transaction through him vs online. I'll certainly be doing more business with him. I've recommended him/Minuteman Tickets to several of my colleagues. Well, I said I would do more business with Matt/ Minuteman Tickets and here I am three months later. I wanted to get a pair of tickets to a Brad Paisley concert at Blossom Music Center in July, '18 for a special relative, who happens to be a police officer. I called Matt (who remembered me!!) and explained what I wanted. He said his staff would work on it and call me within an hour. In the interim, I went on line with StuHub and TicketMaster to at a seating map; I also noted there prices. I called Matt again and explained, to narrow their search, where I wanted the seats to be. Matt said they'd call me within 30 minutes. He called 20 minutes later with several options, all much cheaper than StubHub and TicketMaster!! He was also able to get the parking pass I requested. Within 20 minutes, I received my receipt and the police officer received his emailed tickets. I cannot imagine having a better experience. I am very grateful I heard their radio ad on 105.7 ("Hooley ans Spielman") back in November, '17. I'm certain I'll be doing business with Minuteman Tickets many more times.

He explained to me to not buy from Ticketmaster as you may not get the exact seats you want and will over charge you. So I trusted him and waited 11 days to get tickets from him. And he only had 1 end zone ticket! He and his old man sales speech sucks and so does his garbage company!! I trusted him to have a variety of choices of seats for this big game and he failed me!

With just a couple of weeks left in the regular season, the NHl's Columbus Blue Jackets had a…read morechance to make the playoffs. Long story short, they snatch defeat out of the jaws of victory. I went to one of those games at Nationwide Arena and this is my story. I was able to get a level 200 ticket from a third party and with a $20 coupon the total cost was $45. See my photo for the view from my seat. There are several parking garages around the arena. The farther the garage is away from the arena the higher the cost. Figure $10 to $25 to park, I lucked out at $10 that night and it was only a 5 minute walk. There is street parking but you have to be really lucky. Uber drivers are not permitted near the arena so you will end up walking anyway Hockey has 3 periods with an intermission between periods 1 & 2, and 2 & 3. Nationwide arena has numerous and diversified concession stands. They have concessions that cater to dietary choices. Get out is is also easy. Streets are blocked off to create one way traffic. Traffic is flowing out is directed one way so that cars are not cutting lanes. I'm still proud to be a member of the Fifth line.

This company went way beyond customer service from the beginning to the very end! They were so sweet and fantastic! I don't go to many concerts. They knew how to plan and the time that would be needed. Sabrina, their driver and Scheduler was the sweetest person ever. They worked with us even when finances took a wrong turn. It has been converted into a multi room entertainment venue, hosting large regional and National acts. As it is easy to imagine, the acoustics are superb. The ambience is special in that it is not a plain, bland, run of the mill auditorium. The several concerts that I have attended here have had strict security entrance requirements. This can result in lines of people queuing up, waiting to be screened and cleared. This of course can result in some delay for entry. My advice is to show up early in order to accommodate this extra time needed. I have posted some photos of the line so you can have a better idea of what goes on. There is parking available nearby, but this is also an issue that should be thought out in advance. I have utilized car service when visiting Bluestone, which really just made things a whole lot easier.

We understand that it's an interactive experience for all so we didn't mind waiting. But it did slow down a bit of our excitement to solve a puzzle. All in all I think the entire experience was exciting and fun. A great place for a date where you can take pictures, see cool rooms, and maybe solve a puzzle or two!

The place wasn't too packed and there was one worker at the front who was really sweet and patient with our group. They also allowed me to do a tour of the game area which I appreciated. There was a little something for everyone, adults and kids included. From the time we walked in we were met with room after room filled with interactive exhibits which we enjoyed. I don't want to give too much away as I don't want to ruin the surprise but I definitely recommend checking it out! The tickets were a bit pricey but after seeing everything inside I didn't feel too bad about paying so much. If you find yourself in the area, you should definitely make your way out to see them!
