Represented themselves fraudulently, I made appointments for myself and 3 children, asked on phone and in person multiple times if they were in network with my insurance, they assured me each time that they were in network, I even asked them to call my insurance company to confirm before any work was done and they had told me they did. wasn't until after the work was completed that I found out they were not in network for my insurance and the dentist herself told them to just go ahead with work instead of talking with my insurance company like I was told they did. Now I received a $1600 bill after already paying over $400 in office for kids cleanings and an exam.

I was literally held hostage for my $ - this is Feb 2,2024 Then we got approved by the VA and they paid the claim months later for the crown. I was assured many times that I would be receiving a refund. It is now Jun 25, 2024. You can not get in touch with these people. Please steer clear. I will update upon resolution.

I was in severe pain and suffering from a tooth so infected that my throat was sore and my glands were swollen. Unknown to me the infection had traveled to my sinus cavity - the doctor informed me of the infection upon examination. Dr. Fazalur Rehman met me at the door upon arrival and had his fantastic team start with X-Rays immediately. Not only did this office accept me for an emergency appointment at the end of the day, I did not arrive until 4:30pm but they stayed to perform 2 emergency extractions - we were there until well after dark - 1 tooth was extracted completely intact, the other tooth however had to be removed in peices. I was treated with care and respect. The dentist and his assistants made sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure. The staff are the utmost helpful and professional, not to mention personable as well. I have since gotten 2 root canals, 2 crowns and we are working on a bridge for my left top to get my smile back in order! Go see Dentist of Fort Bend for all your dental needs!

We arrived early and waited until 8 a.m. before anyone greeted us. The visit started off well the hygienist took x-rays, blood pressure, and saliva tests, which made it seem like they genuinely cared about our health. Unfortunately, things went downhill quickly. After nearly an hour, we still hadn't received a cleaning. Instead, the dentist told me I needed a deep cleaning and crowns. I explained that I'd review those options later but just wanted the standard cleaning I came for, especially since my previous dentist said crowns might be needed eventually but not anytime soon. The office manager, Andrew, then came in to review treatment plans and coverage, but the conversation felt more like a sales pitch. Despite me repeating that I only wanted a basic cleaning, he continued to push the deep cleaning and crowns, ending with, "Okay, we'll just need a signature." At that point, it felt dishonest and pushy. We left without getting a cleaning and won't be returning. Patients should be told upfront if the first appointment is only a consultation and not an actual cleaning and be allowed to decide for themselves if they want additional procedures. Recommendations should remain just that -- suggestions.
