Dr. Cho is no longer the doctor here. It is Dr. Reza Memar since 2023. Honestly, I'm not used to needing anything beyond a regular cleaning. I visit the dentist every 6 months, brush 3 times a day, and floss twice daily. I don't bleed when I floss, so I was surprised when Dr. Memar said I needed scaling. I came in for the $79 new patient exam, X-ray, and cleaning offer, and since I'm diligent with my oral health, I wasn't prepared to pay $120 for scaling. My issue wasn't the recommendation itself, but how drastically Dr. Memar's demeanor changed once costs came up. During the exam, he said there was no bleeding--just slight inflammation--and offered to charge $20 more than the promo. But afterward, his attitude completely shifted. He became condescending, backtracked to say I was bleeding, and gave me a lecture about gum disease and insurance--even though I had already said I didn't have any. He even told me to come to the back so he could "show me the bleeding," which felt unnecessary and intimidating. The interaction was so uncomfortable that I ended up crying in the chair during my treatment because of how threatening, condescending, and rude he was. I felt completely disrespected and pressured into paying more than expected. Dental care is expensive, and not everyone can afford to spend $79 without receiving treatment. Otherwise, I would have gone elsewhere for a second opinion. I've never had a dentist speak to me that way before. Find an office that makes you feel safe and respected--unfortunately, this one did not. read more

Day 2 of extraction recovery and I don't feel like a Big Mac that fell beneath the couch. The procedure itself was completely painless and completely worth not being able to eat Hot Fries for a few days. Dr. Cho made sure I was effectively numb and I appreciate that so much because I've been on the opposite end and boy howdy, YIKE. Follow up appointment was made afterwards and this is the first time that I'm looking forward to returning to the dentist. read more

Love this dental practice! People: Everyone here is so relatable, friendly, and professional! They are able to accommodate my whole family of 6 which includes 4 kids and they do so with style and grace. And you are welcomed by name when you walk in the door. Accommodations: There is a small kid section with bean bags and Netflix so the other kids are entertained while the others are seeing the Hygienist and Doctor. Office: The practice is clean, they offer water, and while you are getting your teeth cleaned you can watch a movie/show and get a massage! Recommendation: I highly recommend this dentist practice! My kids used to go to a pediatric office but I made the switch and now we only have to go to 1 office! Give it a shot! read more

Dr. Cho and all of the associates at Dental Garden are by far the best group of people I have ever had the pleasure of being worked on by. I've had dental issues all my life, mainly due to the fact that I never wanted to brush my teeth as a kid, and have always dreaded going to the dentist. Getting numbing shots and oral surgery was right there on the top of the torturous things list for me. Fortunately, we were referred to Dental Garden by a close family friend of ours, and it turns out it was like winning the dental lottery. The numbing process was almost nonexistent. They have massage chairs and TVs at every work station so your focus is always elsewhere. I didnt even know Dr. Cho was numbing me up. 2 episodes of The Office and a whole bunch of laughing later, my temporary crown was in before I even knew what happened. Dr. Cho and crew know how to make you feel comfortable and how to ease your worries and concerns that you may have from previous torturous experiences at dentists. I will no longer dread and fear dentist appointments, instead welcome them, because I know how easy it is going to be. And that is all thanks to Dr. Cho qmd the family here at Dental Garden! Decided to visit this place since it was just down the road from my house, a 1 minute drive. Sometimes the best places are the ones closest to you, and in this case, it was mind blowing. The attention to detail towards every little thing is amazing. They left no stone unturned. The dentist patient chair has a back massage feature. The TV/monitor displays all information clearly to you once they recline the chair. But what got me the most was before they started work, they handed me a remote control and put on Netflix for me. WHO DOES THAT?! I was watching Futurama and Top Gear while they worked on my teeth! As for the procedures, Dr. Cho works with confidence and efficiency whereas other places they leave it to the hygienist to work on your teeth and the actual dentist is MIA about 50% of the time. Extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions straightforward. Payment and treatment options were crystal clear. Service was very fast. Appointment at 2PM, you get in at 2PM. Dr.Cho is by far the most down to earth, professional, knowledgeable, and likable dentist you will find in this area. He is truly passionate about his profession and will take the time to educate you. The staff in his office have the most pleasant and welcoming personalities. This office is clean, comfortable, has a modern look and feel with the latest technology. He is not the type of person to try and get you to spend a lot of money for unnecessary things... he focuses on what needs to be worked on first and goes from there. My husband was overdue for quite a bit of dental work that he needed to get done and he could not be happier with his experience thus far at this office. We now take our 6 year old to this dentist and our one year old. Unlike the pediatric dentist she had been seeing before, Dr. Cho will actually spend time talking to her and educate her instead of walking in the room for five minutes and letting the hygienist do the rest. I'm convinced that this has attributed to her being on top of her brushing/flossing routine. Even if we move out of the area we will continue to see this dentist because it would be worth the drive. read more

Our whole family started going to dental garden a year and a half ago. The "massage" chairs and Netflix were appealing so we tried it. The service was adequate and we went back for cleanings. I got a root canal and it took almost FIVE hours!! I was in excruciating pain afterward and it hurt for a month as I kept going back and they kept removing debris from under my gums that they'd left behind. Fast forward a YEAR later- we are getting new bills saying we owe even more money!! After we settled all bills and paid an incredibly high amount in the first place!! I'm so disgusted with their business practices!! I wouldn't recommend to anyone! read more

I bring my two daughters here, who are 10 and 12, and they enjoy their experience very much. My older was very skeptical of dentists because of a bad experience with her previous dentist, that is the reason I had to switch. I live far but I got a recommendation to see Dr. Cho and he won her over. She's no longer fearful.
