    Eyelash extensions (classic wispy)

After such a chaotic week where everything felt like it was going wrong, I'm beyond grateful she was able to accommodate my needs. I booked a classic wispy set for my birthday and she did not disappoint. She customized the lashes perfectly to my eye shape (something not every lash artist takes the time to do) The whole experience was smooth, calming, and exactly what I needed. Thank you for being so understanding and making my birthday lash set stress-free. I'm so pleased with my results!

Bare lashes no mascara, right after lift

I saw Claudia for the first time today for a lash lift. I am beyond picky and have been trying out several people for lift/tints since moving from socal. My lash lift is INCREDIBLE, I am so impressed. She understood the assignment and my lashes are the best they've ever looked! I'm so happy to have found someone as detailed oriented as me, FINALLY. RUN don't walk if you're looking for a perfect lash lift!

Microbladed eyebrows done in September 2022; it has been eight months and Claudia has canceled my follow-up appointments..

I made an appointment with Claudia to have my brows micro bladed. When I arrived and had a brief consult, she told me she would need to charge me an extra $50 (I'm still not sure why). Before I left she scheduled my touch-up appointment. Long story short, she canceled and rescheduled me three times. It is now 8 months later and I still have faded eyebrows. I would have liked to give a Claudia a positive review because I was pleased with the result initially but not completing the services I paid for and repeatedly canceling is very frustrating, unprofessional and leaves me a very dissatisfied client.

I was looking into getting an eye lash extension for the first time and came across Dream skin and lashes. I was anxious about getting my first eye lash extension but Claudia made me feel at ease. I had a lot of questions and she answered all of them. She also explained to me how to take care of my lashes afterwards. My experience was overall great and I love my new lashes!

    $35. Yet I get charged $150

Very discouraging experience yesterday. I scheduled an appointment for a volume 3 week fill. Claudia had car problems & needed to reschedule later in the day (twice). No problem, rescheduled. I get there & Claudia sets up, gets to looking at my lashes (no gloves on). She agreed my last lash tech placed my extensions way too close to the root. For whatever reason Claudia starts manually trying to remove the lashes. Claudia stated she'd start fresh with a new set, but "wasn't sure about time". The removal felt like she was plucking each root out one by one. As nice as I could, I asked if we could just remove the lashes, and give them a break. I asked if she happened to have the chemical remover. I've removed my prior lash tech's work multiple times using $9.99 remover from amazon. As a professional, Claudia struggled getting the lashes off. She claimed she applied the chemicals 3x. Which started to burn my eyes. She didn't use any liquid remover or cleanser after. She stated I needed a keratin treatment. Claudia wiped my painful, raw eyelids with a dry cloth & applied the keratin. An hour later, Claudia mentioned her "time" and removal would be $150. I went home tripping off the price. I look on her website and a removal is $35. You guys... that's $115 extra. Plus I tipped?! I couldn't get that price out of my head. I went in expecting to pay $80+, that doubled, and come to find out the service I got done should have been $35? I texted Claudia & she explained I changed my mind "halfway through" (of her plucking my lashes out) and that she charged for the chemical removal, time + keratin treatment (that I didn't request OR ask for). As a professional, she should have 100% known to use chemical remover if she was going to start fresh. Not subject a client to getting lashes plucked out one by one, my eyes watering, face flinching. It appears that Claudia has some happy, loyal clients, her pictures show her lashing looks great. Just a fair warning; if you're a new client - maybe you'll get overcharged 4x over like I did. When texting Claudia she stood by her work and even mentioned "fixing" someone else's work. At the end of the day, nothing was fixed... I got a very painful removal. And a keratin treatment I didn't ask for. I understand Claudia's going to respond to this review & place blame on me, "I wanted a fill, then I "changed my mind". I'm under the impression she expected fill money and I guess I was fair game to double it for the hour. It's not right.

The service was amazing I have never loved my lashes so much!!! She gave me the perfect lashes for my eye shape. I asked for a cat eye and it came out amazing. We got treated with so much love. She is so kind and she gives a peaceful environment. 10/10 service I recommend her services so much!

I was told the Pharmacy Manager wasn't available, so I asked to speak with any manager. The manager told me he thinks the Pharmacy Manager's name was "Lau" (he spelled it) and that the pharmacist answering the phones might be "Shemma." I told him that I had already been disconnected multiple times and was just trying to get my prescription. The manager wasn't rude, but it didn't really feel like I was talking to someone who was concerned about fixing the issue. I expected a little more urgency since why are the pharmacy staff acting like they answering calls and disconnecting them on "accident". Instead, the only solution offered was to transfer me back to the pharmacy and let them know I was waiting on the phone. When someone answered, I asked if her name was Shemma. She immediately responded, "Nope," and transferred me. I was connected to Shemma. I realized she wasn't the same person that had disconnected my earlier calls because her voice sounded different from the employee who had answered before. Since Shemma stayed on the line, I decided to ask about my medication and a possible prescription transfer between Walgreens locations. I explained that my regular Walgreens told me that if this location had the medication in stock, they could request the prescription transfer. Shemma told me, "No, I can't do that. Call that Walgreens to transfer it." This completely conflicted with what I had already been told, and I felt like I was being talked over. My biggest concern is still the employee who initially answered the phone. After one of the disconnections, I called back and asked for her name first because I wanted to know who was disconnecting the calls. I figured if the call got disconnected again, at least I would know who I had spoken with. When I asked for her name, she responded, "Sure," and the call was disconnected. This is another reason I strongly recommend asking for the employee's name at the beginning of the call. I feel like people are less tough when they know you know who they are. If you need to follow up, file a complaint, or reference a specific interaction, having the employee's name can make that process a lot easier. With that being said, I don't need my prescription to be filled here anymore. Goodluck to ya if you have to call this pharmacy.

Unless you want to wait 1-2hrs to get your prescriptions and 30min to check out in the front. The drive thru is not not open which makes it more difficult to get your meds. Not only that but there is one lady that looks Samoan helps one person and then goes and gets distracted for 10 min comes back helps again and goes off again. This is BS customer service sucks at this store. Not to mention almost everything is locked up so if you wanted to get something from nail clippers or nails stuff or make up or electrical toothbrush heads you must wait till someone hears the ring on the over head and comes to you after you waiting that long. Walgreens or to any store if you have these stuff locked up be sure to schedule people that can come and open these locks when customers need them. If not then leave them unlocked you wanted them secure but now paying customers are getting frustrated that we have to wait multiple times to get something at this store. Will we go back to this store sorry but no I just switched my stuff back to another location at a better place that does value customers and does want to make sales.

I reported to the "manager" in the store (I reported first to the cashier who told me to talk to the manager) and he couldn't care less. It was like I was bugging him. I think most people go here for meds, it doesn't appear to be stocked well. The website said they had my shampoo but they didn't. They also have half the store under glass. That's a "I won't be back" thing for me. No one likes having to wait ten minutes to get the glass opened. If people are stealing stuff then get security. I'm honestly a well built man but I hate coming here because of the riff raff surrounding the place. There are other options.

They claim it's an insurance issue, but my child's insurance hasn't changed in years. Then they lie and say they're out of stock. Which is mostly untrue. There was an incident when I requested to refill a prescription a week in advance. They sent me a text claiming it was out of stock. I had a feeling that it was bs so I drove to the pharmacy and spoke with their staff in-person. Guess what? The prescription that they claimed that was "out of stock" was in fact in stock. The tech told me that I just needed to wait 10 minutes. I had to explain to the tech the importance of my child's medication being filled on time, given that a missed dose can cause a life-threatening issue. About a month ago, I was in line inquiring on my child's prescription. There was another customer standing super close behind me while I was giving the tech very personal information. The staff did not say anything to the customer standing very close to me. There I was disclosing personal medical information not realizing that the customer was near me the whole time. (They should check the cameras; I can't make this up!) I only became aware that the man was standing extremely close to me because another customer in line pointed it out and told him to step back. There is no way that pharmacy tech helping me did not notice him. HIPAA VIOLATION! Anyway, if I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would.

Competition is real, and honestly, that's great for customers. That said, this store feels like it may have passed its prime a bit. They still carry the basics (and that's important), but the fresh grocery selection feels inconsistent. On the flip side, there's a noticeably bigger focus on frozen meals and frozen options, which is convenient... but it's not quite the same as walking in and feeling confident about the fresh picks. A bigger concern for me: a few times I visited, I noticed items that were close to--or possibly past--their prime/expiration date. That's the kind of thing that makes shoppers hesitate, especially when there are so many alternatives nearby. I genuinely think a little refresh would go a long way: - tighter inventory rotation - clearer quality checks - small clean-up / organization upgrades This is still a local business, and I'd like to see them bounce back.
