    Since 6/17/23 and it's now 6/24. Ridiculous!!!!!

    The WORST pharmacy ever! We placed an order on the app for a refill to be delivered so we wouldn't have to wait 50 years in line to pick it up. That was on June 17th! It is now June 24 and the app shows it as "received" and that they're working on it. We called today to see why it was taking 7 days to receive it. Val answered the call and was super rude right from the start. She tried blaming us and saying we should have called sooner. Huh?!!!!! We need to call after placing the order?! Please make that make sense. She says they do not show any refill being requested or even processing. She again tried to blame us. She says it will take a while to fill because they're busy. Ummm we requested this a week ago. There is NO excuse! I asked to speak with the pharmacist. Xuan got on the phone and while I was explaining the situation and concern over how Val handled the call, she immediately started defending Val. Instead of apologizing for any inconvenience her priority was to avoid any blame. She says it's an IT issue and not their fault. I don't care who's fault at Walgreens it is. The main concern is getting the refill asap. I found Val and Xuan very rude and dismissive. Neither of them ever apologized or acknowledged the inconvenience and error on behalf of their company. I asked to speak with the pharmacy manager but Xuan said Gina, the pharmacy manager was off on the weekend. Must be nice. I asked to speak with David the district manager and she didn't have his contact information. She told me to call customer service so I did and filed a complaint. We'll see if they even respond. I can tell that they lack leadership or any customer service because after reading these reviews on here, it seems the pharmacy is trash and the company does NOT care about patient care whatsoever!

    Extremely long hold time. It was 37 minutes before I got a hold of the pharmacy tech.

    Literally the worst Walgreens that has ever existed. Long lines, unfriendly employees that yell at their customers.

    HORRIBLE!!! They take forever to help with every pick-up I've tried to do here. They had 6 staff members working and NO ONE came to help.

However, there's this short Asian lady with another (maybe Hispanic) both employees who seemed to be following me and my friend around. They stood by next to every aisle where my friend and I go. They also looked away every time I catch them looking at us. Santa Rosa is my go to location because I'm from Sonoma County but I have never felt treated that way from the employees there even when I'm not dressed nice. Lastly, I could be wrong, but what are the odds of my credit card declining because I literally used it just few hours before that. I called Chase right after the store visit and they said they didn't have any transactions from Sephora. Maybe there's something wrong with their system but I got to use my debit card and it worked just fine. I could also. be just freaking out and feeling weird towards these two ladies that's why I'm feeling this way.

Please stop having people on the registers or doing customer service jobs if they can not provide customer service - a simple "hello" "do you need help" " found everything ok" " thank you for stopping by" not that hard.

I had gotten some sun earlier in the…read moreday, so my usual foundation shade no longer matched, and Gia took the time to help me find the perfect new shade. She truly went above and beyond. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable and patient, but she also made me feel completely comfortable even though I was dealing with a skin breakout and feeling a little self-conscious. She recommended additional products to help my makeup apply and wear better, and she even helped apply everything so I could see the final result. Gia was kind, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I left feeling confident. Customer service like this is rare, and I'm so grateful for her help.     I stopped by this Sephora after work yesterday and had a horrible experience. Then of course, a group of White ladies walked in and they were immediately greeted. Not off to a great start. I continue to go ahead and browse the makeup aisles and made my way to the Dior area. I have been eyeing their base as well as Hourglass's primer and could have really used the assistance of an employee. No one was around me so I made my way toward the front of the store in hopes of finding one. In the middle of the store was a roundish Asian lady with black hair and grown out blonde highlights standing. I asked for her help, and was immediately met with attitude and no sense of customer service. "What do you need?" and a frown was all I received. Personally, I found that I would rather go to another Sephora (which I did) and find assistance there. I turned around and walked out, and funnily enough, I saw the employee in front greeting the other White patrons walking in. It's a shame that this store neglects basic customer service and kindness, but that's what u get these days. No good help these days!
