Your ACTUAL rate will be the "non-member" rate of $145/hr. If you were interested in becoming a member, your rate would drop to $75 for this appointment. Would you like to keep this appointment?" I could be wrong, but the whole point of the introductory rate is to attract and retain clientele. It is easier said than done, but a new customer would come in using the introductory rate, they would have a wonderful experience, and then want to become a member.
