I had a change in my schedule and needed to move my appointment, when I called to reschedule the receptionist (not sure her name but she sounded like an old woman) was anything but nice. She clearly did not want to help me reschedule and when I asked if they were available Saturday (which in the past they have been) she said no and ended the conversation without offering any alternative appointments and rushed me off the phone.

I was told that the cost of the procedure would include the medications and anything I needed for my recovery. During my procedure I was given Lidocaine (which was my first time) and about half way is when I already used my limited amount. I went through the rest of the procedure without it. I was in immense pain but advised them to keep going. My recovery process was longer than I expected but I did everything they recommended with the lymphatic massages that that offered only a certain amount after surgery. I even continued the massages on my own and paid out of pocket to help anymore drainage. I was provided a slip, foam, and board the first half of my recovery when I was extremely inflamed and swollen for this time but overtime continued to heal and drain more of the fluids out. The other half of my recovery I asked for a smaller size in the slip because I could not get enough compression from the old one. They told me that they could not provide me but I could buy my own which was between $80-$100 for a new one. A YEAR after the procedure is when I was supposed to see my full results and I addressed my concerns that I had 4 months into my recovery that they said they would wait until I'm fully recovered to look at. The areas that they missed during my operation and even told me during every check up that they could always go back in and get when I was fully heal. When I brought up this topic again they gave me another quote stating it would be more money even though they admitted they did miss it during my first operation. I would not recommend the Smart Lipo to anyone who just wants a quick solution to flat stomach. By the time you go through the procedure and recovery then you could have already paid for a personal trainer and gym membership that still came out cheaper. This procedure will DESTROY your core and will have to slowly build it back up if you are already active.

You call in and their AI bot answers the phone. It misinterprets most of what is said so you just have to call back in and say representative and when it asks for details just say no because it will misunderstand them anyway. I have fenced with their AI bot 3-4 times and can't get a call back with results. This is simple stuff, and potentially the most important part of this process. If you will put an AI bot firewall between me and access to my medical information, I will not use you as a provider. I think that expectation is more than reasonable.

Materials clean and sterile. JaKeisha wore latex-free gloves. She was very kind, calm, and engaged in conversation with me, and my service only lasted about 15 mins total, but was professional, quick, clean. A little pain, but it was fleeting and expected. Many times I've come for my appointment on time of not before time and have been made to wait wait more than 7 minutes from my appointment. This is Massage Envy (Huntersville). We noticed you booked your appointment online, which automatically quotes anyone who is not a member at the "introductory" rate of $85/hr. Your ACTUAL rate will be the "non-member" rate of $145/hr. If you were interested in becoming a member, your rate would drop to $75 for this appointment. Would you like to keep this appointment?" I could be wrong, but the whole point of the introductory rate is to attract and retain clientele. It is easier said than done, but a new customer would come in using the introductory rate, they would have a wonderful experience, and then want to become a member. Strong arming new customers into a commitment based on nothing is shady, shameful, and deplorable. Bottom line...DO BETTER!!!!
