He came to our house, took measurements and said he would call with a drawing and an estimate in a week. No call after two weeks so called him back. He said he still needed to get more information to give us a quote and would call us soon. After another three weeks we stopped at the store. He was not there but talked to a women who was very apologetic and said she would talk to him and have him call. Two weeks later we still have not heard from them. What an awful way to treat a perspective customer. They may do good work but we will never know.
