    Copying and pasting my review:…read more You offered to transfer it back to NCL. After you took offense to my asking whether I had to wait until Sun. for my payment to be processed (which would've been 10 days after I had made the payment) I was exploring all options. You clearly didn't want to keep the booking. All because I asked if I had to wait until Sun. to process a payment.... A payment that absolutely should have been processed before you went out of town. I didn't post your company, or any identifying information. Why do you take offense to someone asking questions and exploring options after u already offered to transfer the reservation back to NCL? You didn't attempt to process my payment until today. Which is very clear because that was when I got the "decline" from NCL who attempted to process the payment (due to a wrong expiration date). I sent the email last Th. letting you know I had made a payment. You replied on Fri., again, still not processing the payment until today. that's 8 days. It is absolutely unacceptable as a travel agent to wait 8 days much less 10 to process a payment to your clients booking. Furthermore, I never got an email from you stating that you would be out of the office. I don't expect you to send one, but when I am waiting on a payment to be processed & then get an automatic reply that you were out of town I believe that I am justified in saying that while I am still waiting for a payment to be processed, I can and fully expect it to be processed sooner than 8 days later. Your last email made it seem like you didn't want to be our travel agent any longer. Your email was in response to my inquiry as to whether my payment would be processed on Sun. when you return from being out of town or if it would be processed while you were out of town since it had been 8 days since I notified u that I had made the payment. Overall, your email responses were unprofessional & uncalled for. I don't have much more to say beyond that as I feel like your emails speak for themselves. A professional response would have been: 'my apologies I should've processed ur payment before leaving town & I will do so right now' Fast forward to Friday, & you informed me that you were unable to transfer the reservation back to NCL & I'd either be stuck with you, or have to rebook at a higher cost. I thought about it & replied to you on Sunday stating: "I know you're traveling today, but I have thought about this and think a phone call to clear the air and discuss would be best. Would you agree? If so- what is your schedule looking like tomorrow evening around 5:30pm or so? Or Tuesday in the evening would work too if you're still playing catch-up with emails, etc." On Mon. Aug. 12th you sent an email in response stating: "I am writing to inform you that I have cancelled your cruise reservation due to your recent actions of making negative reviews and defaming my business in Facebook groups. Your actions have caused significant harm to my reputation and business, and I cannot continue to provide services to someone who is actively damaging my professional standing." The definition of defamation is: "the act of communicating false statements". Everything I've written is true, accurate, and provable with screenshots. None of it is defamation, and to accuse me of defamation is in itself, defaming my character. In response to your comment: everything I stated is true and provable by timestamps and screenshots. You certainly did cancel my cruise without my consent and you certainly did so after I sent an email trying to understand where we each were coming from/make amends. I potentially would have been willing to remove my reviews from all platforms if we had discussed. But you continue to lie and reply with lies.
