I wasn't sure what to expect, but they helped set up all decorations, tables, chairs, and food/cake/present placement. For the birthday party, they spent an hour going through all the motions that they do in the ninja class. When it was time for presents, they had one ninja class teacher writing down the presents along with who they came from. The other picked up trash and sorted the presents out. All in all, it was one of the best places I've had for a birthday party.

It's not just kids running around here, they are learning real technique & get a serious workout while having fun. I definitely recommend VIGS! PS. For anyone worried about Covid they follow all reccomendations. Masks, temperature checks, distancing, & they sanitize between each session.

Your kids are auto-enrolled in each subsequent 5-week session prior to the current session ending. They refuse to offer a refund for a 5 week session that 2 of my kids were auto enrolled in. They will not allow the payment to be applied to a different session or summer camp. Their online system does not keep track of unused sessions for make-up purposes. Customer service is not even on their radar here - staff is openly rude. Choose a better option for gymnastics for your kids! We've had a great experience at CORE Kids Academy!

The total budget in itself is a complete joke. I can not even count how many amazing gymnasts and families have left over the last 7 years, So many. If your child is one of the chosen few, they will use and abuse her until she absolutely burned out and fully broken. College is certainly NOT a promise either no matter what you accomplish or do for the "gym". Some have even said they were completely left to their own devices, after spending years training there. That not 1 finger was lifted to get them a scholarship or even a offer. And some of the athletes have been too broken to ever finish college on the gymnastics team. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE!

For the most part they enjoyed themselves, but suggested more flip time. My second visit was for a birthday party on a Saturday afternoon. The birthday party was cool... there was one attendant for the party and the party consisted of at least 12 children. The party attendant pretty much stayed on schedule the entire time. I guess the kids were having a good time, but it seemed to robotic of a party IMO. A birthday party perk...the birthday child draws a name and the child selected wins one free month of classes courtesy of the center. At this particular party, the parent filled out a card and the cards we placed in front of the birthday child and my child card was chosen!! Talk about excited! I cannot wait to use this reward and therefore, I will give a more detailed review of the center. But as of now, so far so good. I did witness a few practices going on during the birthday party and the girls seemed super focused. The center is huge and it includes upstairs and downstairs. There is a small shopping area as well. The air fresh, but the gym did smell a bit like feet... As of now, I would recommend you check this place out. It's located in the industrial area of Chesapeake (Greenbrier area) where other warehouse style buildings are located. Parking is limited. And the center is minutes from Greenbrier Mall and other shopping. Have fun and enjoy life :)

Tom was our guide, Hailey, was the other rafts guide, and both were awesome. Tom knew so much about the area history and is very experienced guiding. Such an easy trip to make with fun rapids (III's and sometimes IV's). I'm sure all the guides are great, but we will ask for Tom and Hailey first next trip. Pretty impressed with this outfit. (Wish they had more merch to purchase though, just imo).
