Generally speaking, I thought this Planet Fitness location was pretty clean and had all of the things that one would need for a workout. For me, the locker room was a bit smaller than I expected, but it was fairly clean compared to other PF locations, so I'll take that as a win. I guess size does not matter if they number of this location's members is pretty low. Unfortunately, this PF locker room does not provide soap for the showers. Also, the showers do not have a cubby space for your toiletries, so it was kind of annoying to put all my crap on the floor while showering. Perhaps, I have been spoiled bc my local PFs providing soap and a cubby space in their showers. While I was not too bothered by this, this PF location does not have changing stalls. I will say the front desk person working during my visit was super friendly.

About a week and a half later, I received an email from Dianne(the gym's owner). She wasn't pushy about me coming in and seemed genuinely interested in me as a person. I met her on a Saturday while running errands. Her and I talked about my goals, what I'm hoping to get out of her gym, what i'm looking for, and what the gym offers. All of it was amazing and I had such a good feeling from the gym. Upon entering the gym with her, the nutrition coach complimented me on my Lululemon shorts. This was a big bonus because we talked about why the clothes are worth the price and how it impacts a workout-when women feel good, they do good. In addition, I noticed someone had brought their dog and Dianne made sure to tell me dogs are welcome as long as they don't distract from the workout. As a woman who loves her dog, this was an awesome surprise! She also mentioned they have open gym and the "intro" class isn't some super long drawn-out course. I loved all of it. I tried out a workout the next day and LOVED IT. The coaches were helpful with ensuring everyone in the class had correct form and knew how to do each movement properly. They also made sure everyone in the class knew proper progressions and regressions for each movement. Me and Buddy(my dog) can't wait to join! He loved it as well.

My name is Adrian S. I had a horrible experience this morning. When I arrived at the wellness &…read morefitness center I weighted myself and hung my jacket behind the scale. Midway into my workout I noticed that my jacket was replaced by another brown coat. Immediately I searched for my jacket with no prevail. Someone had stolen my jacket with my car and house keys in the pocket. I reported it to the front desk and they began the search for my jacket. One of the clerks mentioned that they have a lot of Alzheimer members that come to the gym. My immediate concern was that my car was stolen as well. Fortunately, my car was still in the parking lot. I talked to manager Conner and low and behold some short man came to the front desk with my jacket and claimed he had one just like it. Now I am 6'2" weighting 252 lbs. and the jacket was an XXL. This individual was 5'6" looked to weigh 120 lbs. How do you think an XXL jacket belongs to you if you are that small. What an idiot. I immediately cancelled my membership and requested a refund for the month of January. The only thing that manager Conner could say as I walked out the door was sorry for you experience. I really don't need this kind of drama in my life at a gym. No recommendations because I will definitely not be going back to that place.
