I can't find enough good things about this store. Many years ago, we bought an outdoor table and chairs set. Over the winter, the glass on our table was shattered in a storm and the supports were bent. They offered to repair the table at much less than the cost of a new table. The company that did the actual repair made a mistake with the size of the glass. The store knew we had a gala anniversary party coming up and wanted to make sure that we had an outdoor table in case we could have the party outside, so they made accommodations for us. Can't recommend Seasons Too enough! I purchased my Frankford cantilever umbrella from them a few years ago (amazing umbrella worth every penny) and because I have loads of trees on my property and I have foolishly left it open 24/7, except in winter, the algae buildup was like nothing I've ever seen. I tried to clean it myself but was barely able to make a dent. Decided to call Seasons Too to see if they can offer any solutions. They said they'd pick it up, clean it and return it the following week and for a very reasonable price. It just came back today and it looks like new. Amazing job. Frankly I can't believe it. I purchased a cantilever umbrella years ago from Seasons Too. After a work crew dismantled it, it wasn't working properly when they assembled it. I called Brett to send a few of his guys over and it was up and working in no time. Crew was friendly and efficient and the price was right. Super unhelpful and condescending customer service. I had purchased an expensive Kingsley Bate sectional a few years back and unfortunately the cushions did not hold up. So I came in to talk about replacement cushions and fabrics. I knew I wanted Sunbrella Rain. After inquiring about different color options, the manager curtly informed me they could only do 4 colors - with an unpleasant attitude and the "you can see that on the Kingsley Bate website". Well, unfortunately for his take on things - Kingsley Bate highlights their COM and ability to do any material service.
