I was told that there were three ovens available for use; there were only two usable. The stove top is not available and there is no microwave. There were several people (5 or 6) IN OUR WAY as we were trying to prepare and set up for our loved one's repast. A few of the people were actually in our space as we were preparing food, going behind us to wipe down the sinks and counters that we were still using. EVERYTHING is an upsell and you will be charged for anything in addition to the rental of the hall itself. NOTHING is included except ice and lemonade that has been pre-poured into cups and sat on the bar top. I was almost forced to do the walk-through two hours early. The "crew" started cleaning up around the guests while they were still socializing. When we did start to put our food away and gather our belongings, they were right under foot picking up and throwing out things/stuff that we had put aside to take with us (food, beverages & accessories). We felt extremely rushed to leave although we still had time left. When we left we still had 1.5 hours, per the contract. Helen was nice. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

They also offer so many amenities, its little that you have obtain from other vendors to have for your event. NOW, getting the manager on the phone is a full-time job. I guess he has many other businesses, so he's a busy man, getting him on the phone almost makes you feel like you're going to be scammed, lol. I really wish he would get an assistant to take the calls leading up to the day. To be clear though, once you do get in contact with him, he is very accommodating, very professional, and it feels as though he really does want to make sure your event is special, he just needs an assistant. We were pleasantly surprised to even see him working at our event himself and baaaaabby, him and his staff don't play. Everything moved so smooth, everyone kept talking about how nice the venue, food and the drinks were. The staff took great care of us. When I decided to do a gender reveal party for my last baby, it was important to me that I would find out what the gender was with my family and friends at the SAME time - which is why I wanted to go with the balloon popping route... Even though it was going to be costly (Melissa quoted me $140), I decided to go with Melissa because she was the only vendor who said that an ivory balloon was doable (all other vendors I asked said they could only do black because the pink or blue confetti/mini balloons inside would be see through). So when I asked Melissa about an ivory balloon and she said that was doable, I trusted her... I even asked her once before I sealed the deal (out of hesitation and my gut from all of the other vendors saying they could only do a black balloon) if the confetti inside would be see-through and she reassured me it wouldn't be. I regret trusting her and should've followed my gut. Melissa comes on the day of my gender reveal party, with the ivory balloon, which is totally see-through. The blue inside couldn't be more obvious. What sucked was as soon as everyone walked through my door, the first comment they made was "we can see the blue inside..." - so to say my gender reveal party, which is supposed to be a special, sweet, and truly once in a lifetime moment was ruined by Melissa and her ignorance.. is an understatement. I am truly disappointed.
