My first experience at Bobby Rocco was disappointing from the moment I walked in. There was no one…read moreat the front of the store, and the sales associate was in the back. When she eventually came out, she was constantly on her phone and didn't make much effort to engage with me or provide assistance. When I asked for help, rather than asking what size I normally wear or taking the time to understand what I was looking for, she simply grabbed multiple sizes. The experience felt more like I was shopping on my own than being assisted by a sales stylist. I gave the store another chance and came back a second time. Unfortunately, the experience was exactly the same. The same sales associate was in the back, came out, gave a quick hello, and immediately went back to being on her phone. There was very little effort to engage with customers or create a welcoming shopping experience. I was also disappointed with the quality of the clothing. For the prices being charged, I expected much better quality. Some of the threads were already coming loose, and the overall construction did not feel worth the price. For the price point and quality, I honestly feel you can find better options elsewhere. I don't even typically shop at SHEIN, but the quality-to-price ratio here was disappointing enough that I would rather spend my money elsewhere. Overall, the combination of poor customer service, lack of attention from the sales associate, and overpriced clothing that feels cheaply made made this a very disappointing shopping experience. I expected a much higher level of service and quality for the prices Bobby Rocco charges.

The most beautiful and classy boutique in San Diego... nothing else tops it Of course located in the heart of San Diego downtown in the most gorgeous pink building on G street between 6th and 7th ave When you walk in, you feel the classy vibe in the store. Most fabulous chandeliers and the only white run way I have ever seen in San Diego! They opened in their doors in April of 2017 and since then I have purchased four different dresses.. their slogan is "make everyday an occasion" and of course I do! Purchased a dress for my girlfriends birthday, the opening day bought a dress and a gorgeous hat and a few everyday dresses! Their accessories and shoes are amazing too! Your welcomed in and offered a beverage upon arrival and then you have your own personal styler! Wow not even at bloomies you get that these days Mckenzie is the owner and she is always in. Yes this is the most beautiful and classy boutique I have ever been in, in San Diego. I have purchased some beautiful dresses there for my daughter for her sorority recruitment week....they had every color she needed for the entire week and also for her sorority dances. Have had appointments with both Shima and Laynee and they both made my daughter feel like a princess. The bangers were actually like a more pricey version of ones they have at Vons, but the back bacon I couldn't find anywhere else. It was about $2 per slice. The service was very helpful, friendly, and enthusiastic. I am still enjoying the tea! I hope to try some of their other frozen foods when they get more pies, etc. and I am in the area.
