The woman working was assisting another customer, but rather than acknowledging me or offering any basic customer service, she immediately made me feel judged and profiled because I was wearing beach clothes. Meanwhile, she was warmly assisting another customer who was speaking Spanish and carrying a Chanel bag. When she finally addressed me, I tried to ask questions about the rinG what type of stone it was, pricing, and whether there were other options. Instead of actually helping me, she immediately started asking whether I was done with the ring, as though she had already decided I wasn't a serious customer OR that I was trying to walk out with the ring on my finger. I have never felt so blatantly judged and unwelcome in a retail environment. Apparently, if you want to be treated with an ounce of respect here, you better show up in head-to-toe designer. Otherwise, don't expect them to make an effort to earn your business. I strongly urge you to spend your money somewhere else. There are plenty of businesses that understand that you treat EVERY potential customer with respect, regardless of what they're wearing or what they look like. Absolutely AWFUL experience. I would not recommend this business to anyone and based on how I was treated, they will never get my business. If this is the owner, shame on you. And if not, id evaluate the customer service your employees show. If I could rate zero stars, I would. 1pm on 8/24.

Instead of help, I was told I could not return or exchange it, and in spite of my best efforts to make the store owner/manager understand, she kept reiterating the store policy and went so far as to threaten to call the police if I didn't immediately leave. As someone who lives on the island, I try to buy local and support our community. I have purchased many things in this store in the past; however, they have lost a good customer. A waste of hard-earned money and the most disrespectful treatment by a shop owner I have ever experienced. This is the worst customer service I have ever received, and I would warn anyone against a purchase here in the future.
