The estimate was outrageous for such a small dent, so I decided not to have it repaired. Today I found out that it was reported to CARFAX. There was no accident, no police report, no insurance claim, and no repair was done. This auto shop was the only place I went for an estimate. I highly recommend to stay away from this shady business. I wish I had never stepped my foot in there.

They the transmission was fine but after it being there 3 times some finally grew a pair and replaced the entire transmission and cooler. Battery was replaced about the 5th time was there. Let's not forget the dead rodent smell. We noticed that the day after we brought it home (hot outside). They said they couldn't smell anything. Yep that's when I found the rats nest. Kinda related don't ya think. An extreme amount of unprofessionalism and just bold face lies. When Jerry Ulm actually owned this dealership it was great. Morgan auto group apparently doesn't care. I called and left messages and zero calls from the higher-ups. One that I thought would return my calls is a Navy Veteran. Nope he never called. So please go elsewhere. Folks, if you have a nice car and you CARE about how it looks and getting the best results for your money DO NOT GO HERE!!! In my case I have a Mercedes Benz. Again I went here based on a referral so I assumed they must do good work. I had to have a fender replaced and front bumper needed repair as well. I was quoted a very good price but now I know why. Original work is already failing after less than a year (Clearcoat flaking, chipping in multiple locations) overspray etc. In full disclosure I should note before the problems started showing I did also bring the car back for them to repaint my trunk lid based on a quote he gave me from the initial visit. So far thats holding up ok but its not enough to compensate for the other problems. I took my car back to point these things out and was told I'm " One of those guys". In despair I still decided to leave the car with him thinking they would at least take care of the obvious issues and I even trusted them to repaint the hood of my car based on a quote I'd gotten from the owner on the first visit. This turned out to be a JOKE and a waste of time! They ignored the flaking paint issues AND Instead of repainting the hood they sanded down the area of ONE of the many pits and blemishes in the paint and then clear coated the hood!!! And in the process of masking for the spray they ruined my grille! Its only been 3 weeks now and the clear coat is peeling and flaking , my hood now looks worse than it did before the work!!! What takes the cake is I asked the owner SEVERAL times to make sure he understood I wanted the entire hood sanded down and repainted and he said "Yes"! Upon arriving to pick up my car and inspecting the "work" the painter could see I was livid. So I will say they did not charge me for the job, but it was because they know they bit off more than they could chew and I am sure they wish I'd never crossed their threshold. So you didn't charge me, MY CAR LOOKS WORSE THAN BEFORE I LEFT IT! When he quoted me a low price for repairs he should have told me to beware it would be for low quality work! Then I should have had the option to accept that or not. But to do the poor work and then call me "That Kind Of Guy" for giving a dam about not getting what I was expecting? C'mon! I spoke with Sammy the manager/owner and he told me $450 and he'd make it look new. I didn't believe him, but took him up on it and I was extremely happy. He fixed the dent and re-painted the bumper so it looks brand new! Sammy told me he has a few daughters who have vehicles with people trying to rip them off all the time, and I thanked him for his work. Definitely recommend this place!
