I have not been here in a while but knew they have been good to me and my car in the past and they are very convenient because I pass by on my way home from work. They are open till 7:00 at night which helps me to get my truck washed more often. They have 3 option levels for a wash and also offer them in a monthly plan. I chose the monthly clean car club plan and hope I will use it enough to make it worth it. The wash includes vacuuming and a towel wipe down outside and inside the vehicle along with window cleaning. The business was clean and well lighted and the staff took care when cleaning my truck. I have to say my truck was nice and clean and I look forward to keeping that way through the winter. If you are looking for a good Car Wash I would recommend you giving these guys a try.

The worst part is that my car was in perfect condition when I dropped it off--no unusual noises at all. When I picked it up, they told me there was a noise, suggesting it was the power steering pump and belt tensioner. They claimed they didn't notice it earlier because they couldn't test drive the car due to the coolant leak. However, the noise was obvious as soon as the car was turned on, a loud whining sound, and even more noticeable when accelerating. How could they have moved my car without noticing it, but suddenly it appears after they 'fixed' the coolant leak? Now they're saying it needs additional repairs costing $791, for issues that weren't there before. The front desk person, Joe, always says, 'I wasn't here when that happened,' but he was the one who quoted me the initial price and charged me the extra $100. He was also present when I returned to complain about the new noise and tried to cut me off, clearly not wanting other customers to hear our conversation. They told me to bring the car back the following week, supposedly to address the issue. After dropping it off, I received a call saying I needed to pay $791 for repairs to something that wasn't broken when I brought the car in. There's zero accountability here. I took my car to another mechanic, and they suspect the water pump was installed incorrectly, which could damage the tension belt--exactly what's wrong with my car now. They messed up my car, plain and simple. And from I read from previous reviews here, this is not first time they do shady stuff. Everyone beware!

I was very happy with their service from the start until the finish of the work…read more I had intended to get my windows tinted "eventually", but I just bought the car and didn't really want to take on another expense right away. However, my new car got dinged days after getting it and they were able to buff it out pretty easily. I was able to find the spot the work was done, but it took me a minute. I would be shocked if anyone who was unaware could even find the spot. While I was there, I also had my front two windows tinted while I waited and they did a good job. However, when I got the vehicle home I noticed that there was a decent bubble in the front driver side window. I contacted them the next day and they said to bring it back so it could be redone. At no point did I feel like they tried to push off the responsibility or try to get away from standing by their work. They fixed it no questions asked. I have no reason to believe that they wont also honor the lifetime warranty that they offer on their window tinting.

I only spoke with Klaudia (the owner), who mentioned she was renting a space inside Pearl Auto Spa at 3049 W. Irving Park. Here's the kicker: Tim claimed, "When we first spoke, I pointed out specific scratches, paint chips, rust, and damaged body panels that would require bodywork, and you acknowledged that." In reality, it was the complete opposite--I was the one who brought up all the issues with my car, which is the whole reason I went there in the first place! Klaudia only responded to me when I wrote my review and even complained about being exhausted, and had the nerve to complain about the review. Now she's relocated to Skokie--can't say I'm surprised. Always on the run...
