Not only was i told to purchase today or he was taking it on a trip the next day but he was very coniving... promised me that he would fix the ac, the heated seat, the trunk the tail light and head light,heater fan ect.... when he came back. So me being a female i pirchased the car w a credit card signed n left.. about 5 days later i went to the shop after the holiday weekend to get the paperwork so i can go to DMV as to this part of purchase is not done there. After going to dmv they advised me i couldnt make the transaction as to the dealer signes in wrong spot. So i drive all the way back to his shop he re signs n i ask do u have the bill of sale for me incase they ask to see it ect.. he advises me just hurry go go go .. u dont need it becsuse im a dealer.. so im already rushing due to the chance if not completeing the tranaction before DMV closes.. so long story.. everything went fine at dmv.. i was happy i could drive the car ect.. SOO I REMIND U I GOT NO PAPERWORK FROM J AND S AUTO no bill of sale no contract nothing but my credit card signature reciept that states i brought a headache... i follow up w joe about the promises and i got put off day after dsy week after week.. In about 2 wks after my purchase i came to realize that there was nooo oil in the vehicle.. i advised him and said u said the oil chamge was done bybyour shop correct he says yes i said who did it he says he did i said ok well there is not one drop of oil, antifrreeze in the car so something is wrong.. he says fill it n any problems bring it to the shop.. so i drive the car anither 700 miles or so n i check the oil its down almost 3 quarts. I bring csr to him at this point i want my money back not happy nothing was done as promised n now this issue.. so after joe and his son inspected for possible gasket leaks ect.. he says i see nothing its dry ect... soo he advises me to drive it another week check the oil kesp track of miles ect.. so i go to nyc and back then to albany n back and drove locally .. i check the oil and im down another 2 quarts or so.. i call Joe up and let him know he says fill it and drive it about 1000 miles let me know what goes on.. so THIS BULLSHIT goes on and on for weeks almost 2 months im told drive it replace oil ect.. soo now im beyond furious.. i bring the car to him n i tell him i dont want the car i want my money he tells me no.. sooo i call my credit card compNy advised them what went on they put a freeze n investigstion on his acct until more detail is gathered.. so after being notified from my credit card comoany they advise me that i signed a bike of sale w the terms sale is final no warantee and the purchase amount was broken down with bullshit lies such as i purchased new set of additional tires i paid dmv fees ect.. im like whatttttt?? I went to dmv i did the paper work.. and THE KICKER IS I NEVER SIGNED IT NEVER SEEN THIS PAPER BEFORE AND AFTER LOOKING AT SIGNATURE NOT ONLY WAS I 100% SURE I DIDNT SIGN IT NOT MY SIGNATURE BUT HE forged my signature n Spelled my name wrong..How funny is that..So after calling n filing a complaint w the state police ect.. he gets a lawyer refuses hand annaylis ect... i give up because at this point im gonna have hust as much money innvested with court as i do the car..So as u know i have went to the extend of filing complaints w fraud thru dmv and fraud the NYS taxation and finace and i file complaints w bbb n the town of fallsburg.. Please im telling u this business is junk Dishonest and not trust worthy.. Ifnhes done all this to me im sure after 2o yrs in business hes done this to more peopke tham just me!!! I was lucky enough to have issues w the csr right away but how many peopke paid w credit card n never got bill of sale ect.. and he made out with all the fees and tax money.. SHADY BUSINESS.. if u decide to go here MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS IN WRITTING AND U HAVE COOIES IF IT ALLLLLLL.... I am not done with this situation but i promise that he will pay in the long run. Karma will bite him and i pray that anyone reading this doesnt fall into the trap i did!!! MUST have taken advantage of me because i was a female n thought he could push over well he did but... ill get satisfaction here soon..... what goes around comes around.. Be aware. FRAUDULENT COMPANY HE FORGES YOUR NAME TO HIDDEN DOCUMENTS TO AVOID having to follow thru w the agreements n warantees...and he scams the state on oaying taxes after he charges you for them!!!!
