It's winter. My car was broken down ( which happened trying to get it unstuck) and my husband's car was STILL stuck in the driveway. I called Triple A and they sent Fox's Tow truck. The tow truck driver went ABOVE AND BEYOND & pulled my husband out of the driveway before securing my car on the tow truck. The driver was beyond professional and nice. Paid $1000 to have a clutch replaced due to a slave cylinder going bad. After paying the bill, I get in my truck and the clutch pedal about goes to the floor and clutch doesn't work properly. I was told by the owner " it works better than when it got here" and walks away completely dismissing my concern. I had to drive straight home and bleed the clutch system, which then worked fine. $1000 for an incomplete job is ridiculous! read more
