It looks like only failed parts were replaced while other major components were reused. That's not what most people would expect when they hear the word overhaul, and it feels misleading. To make matters worse, I left with a cracked windshield that was not there when I dropped the truck off. No mention of it, no accountability -- just handed the truck back like nothing happened. At this point, it's not even worth the aggravation of going back and dealing with them. That says everything about the level of confidence I have in this place. Between the lack of transparency, questionable quality of work, and now damage to my vehicle, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I explained from the beginning that I was already working with the selling dealership on the warranty and that my concern was how the situation was handled. While she offered to help on the warranty side, the focus stayed there rather than addressing the customer service issue At the end of the day, I was simply looking for the way I was treated to be acknowledged and addressed This situation could have been avoided with basic professionalism and a willingness to review the documentation provided. The repair is still ongoing, so I cannot speak to the quality of the work yet, but the initial experience was disappointing.

Brought a truck there for fixing, a one day job took four days, tried to charge me double the agreed upon price and half the work wasn't done. Still tried to trher them when I heard a front end noise in my car. Owner took it for a ride and said yep theres a noise, probably one of 3 things. I asked to have it put in a lift and actually checked so I know if it's safe to drive... while waiting, speaking on phone in waiting room to a friend. Same guy in the office that tried to rip me off for my truck job came out of the office and was listening to my phone conversarion and thought it was prudent to try and be nasty over what I had said on my phone while in the waiting room. Just don't go here. The level of ghetto and lack of customer care is just disgusting. And by the way the part they told me after putting car on lift is fine, it's something else. I'm done with this place.
