Brought a truck there for fixing, a one day job took four days, tried to charge me double the agreed upon price and half the work wasn't done. Still tried to trher them when I heard a front end noise in my car. Owner took it for a ride and said yep theres a noise, probably one of 3 things. I asked to have it put in a lift and actually checked so I know if it's safe to drive... while waiting, speaking on phone in waiting room to a friend. Same guy in the office that tried to rip me off for my truck job came out of the office and was listening to my phone conversarion and thought it was prudent to try and be nasty over what I had said on my phone while in the waiting room. Just don't go here. The level of ghetto and lack of customer care is just disgusting. And by the way the part they told me after putting car on lift is fine, it's something else. I'm done with this place.

I immediately contacted the dealer. The dealer told me I needed to do an upgrade to the suspension on the truck. I went forward and upgraded the suspension which cost me $1,500.00. That did not solve the problem. I contacted a representative for Mitsubishi FUSO in New Jersey and they told me I should never have done the suspension upgrade being that it would not solve the issue. Ever since, I have been emailing and calling the dealer and keep receiving No Response. Therefore I am now stuck with this $65,000.00 truck that I can not use because it can not carry the weight that the dealer specified it was able to handle. I RECENTLY FOUND OUT THE TRUCK WAS NOT EVEN NEW, i WAS LIED TO AND SOLD A USED TRUCK!!!!
