Dr. G is awesome. He is a real magician with liposuction, skin tightening, and pretty much anything that makes you look the way you feel.

Front desk mentioned a deposit was needed and I was happy to pay that, but then she said that I might as well pay the full amount while I'm there. So I paid the full amount for the service. Something came up the next day and it wouldn't have been worth injecting a zit days later. So I called to cancel and am then told they couldn't refund me. I can still come in and get the service done any time, but since it was for a one time acne lesion, I won't really be needing it. Plus I work at a nearby med spa and was only in the area. It would have been nice if someone told me upfront that if I cancelled, my money would be kept. Especially because I understand that being the case for the deposit, but I was encouraged to pay the full amount and all of it was kept. Of course I couldn't dispute the charge because it's in their fine print... A little upfront honesty and clarity would have gone a long way though.

Really taken aback by my experience with this provider for what I was seeking which was a beauty…read moretreatment. I bought a microdermabrasion facial on Groupon thinking that I might find a cool new place as my previous facialist had moved out of town. Booking my appointment was easy but the first time was cancelled by the office due to an ill facialist. Illness happens, okay, no worries. The second (rescheduled) visit though, was dismal. Minus Star - First of all, this is NOT a spa. This is a doctor waiting room playing spa muzak. Was horrified that I didn't know this and left my mask in my car. While they did provide me one, no-one at reception was wearing hers of the three visible staff. When one goes for treatment, there are folks chatting in the area just outside the treatment room door. Not relaxing. Minus Star - Second of all, the waiting room was packed. I overheard two ladies complaining to each other that they had been waiting for over an hour. The receptionist told me there wasn't a room yet available. After 25 minutes of waiting I told her I couldn't wait anymore. Ended up being treated within 2 minutes. That made my departure 90 minimum after arrival. Minus Star - The treatment room was not comfortable. I mentioned this to Myra my facialist and she said it was cold but didn't ask if I wanted another blanket or anything else that could make me comfortable. I had to ask for a bolster for under my knees, but what she ended up bringing me was a small pillow, like you'd have on the sofa. Minus a half Star - There were many positives about the facial but big ugh was bright light in my eyes whole time with no eye covering. While there were redeeming qualities about the facial, this was endemic to what felt like a lack of personal attention to the comfort of the client. Minus a half Star - the bathroom in the doctors office was not functioning. If you want to use the restroom, you have to go down the hall. Would have been nice to know this before my treatment.... Again, this is part of the lack of holistic attention to the client. The facial its self was fine. She did a good job getting my skin clean and the oxygen did keep it from running. However, the sunscreen or whatever topical cream she applied before I left made my skin sticky. Came back for my 2nd facial and it was a worse experience. Not as long a wait but aesthetician did not even introduce herself, never told me what she was doing as she was doing it and then when she finished, I asked her where was the oxygen and she said they weren't doing that anymore. What?! TL/dr: Not a spa experience but a okay facial.

When a business's public response does not match…read morewhat a customer was repeatedly told during the appointment itself, it becomes difficult to know which version of events to trust. For me, that is a significant concern and one that future clients deserve to be aware of. Update: After reading the owner's response, I feel compelled to clarify what actually occurred. The owner's statement that accommodations were available does not reflect my experience. I specifically asked multiple times, both the physician assistant and her assistant, whether any accommodation could be made due to my documented medical limitations and disability-related difficulty standing for extended periods of time. I was repeatedly told that no accommodations could be provided. I even raised the issue of disability accommodations and explained that I was requesting a reasonable modification due to my medical condition. Despite asking several times, I was again told that no accommodation was possible. Had accommodations been available, I would've had my appointment and received the Services I was seeking. For that reason, I find the owner's response particularly concerning. Had accommodations truly been available, I would have expected staff to offer or discuss them when I repeatedly requested assistance. That did not happen. My review is based entirely on my direct experience during the appointment. The claim that accommodations were available is inconsistent with what I was told by multiple staff members at the time of service. The issue is not simply that I had a negative experience. The issue is that I requested accommodation for a disability-related limitation, was told none could be provided, and am now seeing a public response that describes a very different version of events. Initial Review: I was extremely disappointed with my experience at InjectAbility Clinic. I scheduled a consultation to discuss potential Botox and cosmetic procedures. During the appointment, after an initial photo was taken, and they told me they only needed one photo, I was informed that multiple additional standing photos were required before I could even be talked to you about the different possibilities of procedures. I explained that I have medical conditions that make it difficult for me to stand still for extended periods of time and that I was not feeling well enough that day to continue standing for additional photos. I asked whether they could accommodate me by taking the photos while I was seated or by using another approach. I was told that no accommodations, they were not able to accommodate me and that the required photos had to be taken standing. I also asked if I could sign a waiver and not do photos since today was not a good day and they said their policy was that they had to have photos. As a result, I was unable to complete the consultation and left without receiving any services. The appointment ended up being a complete waste of time and energy, especially given the effort it took for me to attend while managing ongoing health issues. If you have a disability or medical condition that affects your ability to stand for prolonged periods, I would recommend asking about accommodation options before scheduling. My experience was that no alternative arrangements were offered.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Injectability based on my personal experience. In October 2025, I received Voluma filler (cheeks and chin), Skinvive, and Botox from NP Taehee. To provide context, safety was my top priority when choosing a provider. This is what initially drew me to Injectability, and to their credit, the clinic and Taehee did make me feel safe during the consultation. The level of detail and care in that initial interaction stood out. However, the outcome did not reflect that same level of judgment. I believe I was upsold into more Voluma than my face needed. A "buy 3, get 1 free" syringe promotion or something similar appeared to drive the treatment plan more than my anatomy or objectives did. I have a small face, and request some slight lifting/contour, and four syringes was too much. The result: visible puffiness, asymmetry in my right cheek, and a chin so augmented it was giving Jim Carrey in 'The Mask' energy. None of this was the natural, undetectable aesthetic I asked for. The Botox on my nose was also uneven -- one side partially paralyzed, the other barely treated. I returned to have filler dissolved with Leslie, the owner and founder. She used ultrasound-guided dissolving at no charge, which I appreciated - but not everything was dissolved. My face remains an over filled and egg-shaped appearance, lacking its natural contours. The area where my upper cheek meets my tear trough is noticeably puffy, protrudes, and is tender to the touch. I suspect filler migration? I'm now $5,000 in the hole from the original treatments, plus additional costs for dissolving at a separate clinic here in SF. The safety-first reputation brought me here. The aesthetic judgement and execution fell very short.

WARNING: Extremely Unsafe and Unprofessional Experience - Please Read Before Going! I wish I could…read moreleave zero stars. I had one of the worst and most alarming experiences I have ever encountered at any medical or wellness facility, and I feel obligated to warn others. When I arrived at the Hydration Room, I was the first customer of the day. I stood at the door as the receptionist unlocked it and flipped the open sign. Instead of greeting me or even holding the door, she looked at me through the glass, unlocked it, and simply walked back to her desk without a single word. That alone was extremely off-putting and unprofessional. After checking in, she escorted me to a cold, uncomfortable, isolated room. The facility clearly hadn't been prepared for patients--they hadn't even bothered to warm the space or create a welcoming environment. It felt careless and inconsiderate. Five minutes later, the nurse walked in to review the ingredients of my chosen treatment. Once finished, I removed my sweater to expose both arms so she could assess my veins. As an ER nurse myself, I know exactly where my best IV sites are, and I pointed them out to her. She dismissed them without properly evaluating them and went straight to choosing my hand--already a red flag. She applied the tourniquet and cleaned the site appropriately, but it became painfully obvious that she had no idea how to properly start an IV. She punctured straight through the vein and into my muscle, causing excruciating pain. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, she attempted to thread the catheter anyway. I informed her she was not in the vein, but she insisted on pushing saline through the catheter, which immediately infiltrated. The skin around the IV began to swell, and she still kept trying to force fluid in. I finally had to yell "It's infiltrated!" because she simply did not recognize what was happening--something any competent nurse should notice instantly. It was honestly terrifying. It felt as though they handed an RN badge to someone with zero training or supervision. I am incredibly grateful I realized how inexperienced she was before she progressed to the next step. Had she attempted to run the infusion without properly priming the line, she could have caused a life-threatening air embolism. The entire situation could have ended catastrophically. Shaken and in pain, I gathered my belongings and prepared to leave. The nurse then asked if I wanted to return when a "more experienced RN" was available and offered me a discount--as if a discount could make up for the complete lack of skill, safety, and professionalism I just experienced. I refused immediately and rushed out of the building. This experience was not just unpleasant--it was dangerous, unethical, and completely unacceptable. I strongly urge others to be cautious and learn from what happened to me. I will never return, and I absolutely cannot recommend this place to anyone.

So when I saw they'd expanded to Torrance (I drive by it all the time!), I was absolutely thrilled. The team is always professional, the treatments are consistently effective, and the environment is welcoming, clean, and calm--everything you'd want from a wellness experience. Can't wait to book my first appointment and make this my new go-to spot. So happy they've brought another Hydration Room to the South Bay. See you soon Torrance team!
