Went here with a Groupon. I wasn't seen by Shawn but the one and only woman who seemed to be there working, she checked me and did my peel. She was pleasant enough , she applied the treatment first around my mouth , then the rest of my face. The following days, I peeled as expected, followed the aftercare instructions, about a week or so later I started noticing redness around the area where she first applied the peel. I reached out to Clear Medical and asked if perhaps she used too much on me or left it on too long. They adamantly denied any wrong doing because time had passed since the peel. They did not take any responsibility. I've seen a dermatologist since and they said sometimes peels make the skin thin that it causes rosacea and broken capillaries to flare up. Nothing ever goes wrong with Dr. Abrishamy! He truly is a perfectionist at what he does. When I first started laser for hair, I came here. After about 6/7 session the hair was COMPLETELY gone and never grew back. I stopped going to here because of my busy schedule and distance. Best place I've been to for Laser Hair Removal hands down... I've been getting laser for a while now and have been other places, I've also had electrolysis in the past and that was just stupid, painful and took forever, no more electrolysis for me.. .. it seems like most other places I've been to, were run by nurses and while the treatments have been OK, here I got the doctor to do it and he was awesome, fast, efficient, and the most effective I've had... he's funny, and super experienced.. everybody in his office had it done and they were more than happy to share their smooth skin with you. .... overall super happy, will be back for more.! Long story short: *Got a Groupon for Microdermabrasion *Made an Appointment *Went to my Appointment early and unfortunately ended up waiting for a long time past my appointment (1 hour) for the Dr. who was very busy that day. Ended up leaving without having anything done and losing 2 hours of my Saturday :( However, the staff at Clear Medical reached out to me and apologized for the incident that occurred. They also offered me a few complimentary facials, which I really appreciated. Still would have rather just had a good experience the first time and paid for it in full; however, I do appreciate their reaching out to me, as it showed that they sincerely care about their customers. Ended up going back today for my complimentary facial and honestly had a really great experience. Was able to get in earlier than my appointment time. The Dr. came in, answered my questions, completed my facial and even gave me some pretty-good skin advice, which is always great, and I was out of there in about 20 minutes (pretty unheard of for any kind of appointment). Definitely appreciate the great customer service that was given to me. It's definitely easy to just give "good" customer service right off the bat, but true customer service comes out when issues arise and things don't go as planned. Definitely don't think my first bad experience was intentional; however, I sincerely appreciate the staff at Clear Medical taking a genuine interest in making sure that I had a great experience with them and look forward to going back again. read more

WOW. If I were to base my whole entire existence on previous reviews I would not get anywhere in life. I had a fantastic time at this doctors office. Not only was the receptionist cute and young and nice, the doctor was VERY knowledgeable and took a lot of time with me to explain the many different options that I had. I'm not interested in telling you what type of treatment I had, but let's just put it this way.....I was going to a russian lady who is a physician to do the same thing this doctor does and she had a very poor success rate with me. I needed a touch up within 3 weeks! This is not right. The treatment I get is supposed to last up to 3 months.....! So far the treatment is working and everything is going great!
