Customer service is great & the place it's very clean. Price well pretty much same as others I been too. I got the Ducky service wash was not bad. They do offer you to buy monthly passes. One thing that was very disappointing that vacuums a few them were not working properly. I do like have rags to dry cars. read more

It's good to see another automated carwash option in Ripon. It is pretty much the same experience as visiting any other automated carwash. They offer several bays to vacuum your vehicle and an automated wash/air dry car wash. It gets the job done, but it lacks the fine details of a human washing & drying your vehicle. They offer several different price packages, including adding up to four vehicles per household for $20 a vehicle. read more

Pathetic place of business. Quick Cash Carwash it should be called. Auto billed me four times the amount they said it would be to add a vehicle to my existing membership I got when they first opened. No local telephone number have to talk to someone from who knows where that has no authority rectify the situation. I want to give a special shoutout to the Ripon Quick Quack location. I was having trouble getting some stubborn bug residue off my car and asked one of the associates if they could give that area a little extra rinse before I went through the wash. Without hesitation, he kindly agreed. To my surprise, the person helping me wasn't just any associate it was the manager himself, if I can remember correctly his name was Zack. It's rare to see leadership so hands on and committed to customer satisfaction. Zack's willingness to jump in and maintain the quality of service speaks volumes about the training and culture at this location. Sssoooooo Needed to get my car washed. I usually go to the Reef car wash located by Tractor Supply. Since I had a great lunch as Esmeralda's I decided to try the quick quack car wash next door. I pulled up to the cashier side. A young-man wearing a tan cap walks out then to the back of my car, types in my license plate number....interesting. I tell him I'd like to get the basic wash called the "good" wash for $12.99. He starts to upsell me on a new special. I explained I didn't need it. This is my first time at this location. I usually to go to Reefs but I want to give quick quack a try. He said, I'm just trying to save you some money. I said understand that but I am going to try it one time. HE WONT STOP TRYING TO UPSELL ME. He keeps repeating, I'm just trying to save you money. I'm just saying you could pay this today or you can pay this and save more. I said it's going cost me 12.99 for the basic wash today and that's all I want at this point. HE WONT STOP TRYING TO UPSELL ME. I'm putting my credit card up. I'm so done with this kid. I asked him is there a way to pull out? I don't want anything. Here's your dash wipe back. Let me out. He continues trying to upsell me. He won't raise the gate!!!!. I throw my car into reverse. I'm about to back my vehicle out of that tiny drive. This kid is keeping me hostage. Then I said what is your name? He started rambling, I was just trying to save you money. i told him he better raise the gate and let out or I was going do what I needed to get out. (I was going to back out of that tiny drive) he said It takes five seconds to release gate. I said, Then release it. I'm out of here. I don't know if it's because he thought I am an older lady he could force me into buying the package. Whatever his reasons I DO NOT recommend them. He was like those jerks that try to pressure people into buying timeshares. I will never go to them ever again. I promptly drove over to Reef carwash, paid for my basic wash. Nobody tried to upsell me. Nobody tried to prevent me from getting in or out. I pulled around vacuumed my car . They had to shut the vacuum down for about two minutes to help find a house key a customer accidentally vacuumed up. read more

It's unfortunate that I am only giving a 1 star primarily based on the integrity of the staff member Hugo". Was told unlimited car washes for one month. I happlily handed over my debit card. What he did not tell me was my card was going to be charged repeatedly each month until I cancelled. I sign up for no membership and or auto charges on my debit and if he had explained this to me. 1, I would never have done it and 2 if I had I would never have used my debit card. I have been a life long wash my car myself kind of person and this Hugo pretty much ruined the experience with this company for me based on his lack of integrity. Then to have attitude and not try and make it right. If he had stepped up as someone in "managment" I would have renewed "a membership" now that I understand, with my credit card. This guy needs some serious training with his customer service skillset. read more

Quick Quack- you're full.of excuses and lies. People have had their vehicles damaged by your car wash as mine was and you give nothing but excuses and always say it wasn't your fault. You can only do that so many times before people will see that your lying. Your unprofessional in so many ways. Here is the Quick Quack excuse - "that was probably already there" that is all you got. If people knew there was already damage they wouldn't take the time to email and let you know about because it's really not worth their time if the damage was already there. The reason they take the time to tell you that your car wash damaged their vehicle is because it did. We will never bring any vehicle of ours to your garbage car wash. You're unprofessional and don't own up to your mistakes. You can reply with you "we didn't do it" junk and that won't make a difference. I have let so many people know about your car wash and to stay away. Several of those people already know because your car wash damaged their cars also. Either own your mistakes or close your doors. read more

Workers are too pushy and persuasive. I went there when they were offering the free washes and they kept trying to push the membership on me even though I politely declined. The driveway to exit the car wash is also too narrow if you have a bigger vehicle. read more

It would be nice if they had a member only line. I always get stuck behind someone who isn't a member and I understand the workers need to take a little longer with them but as a member it would be nice to be able to get through quickly. read more

Super fast, had a good promotion, friendly service, and the best vacuums I've ever used!

The quality of the wash is so good!! It makes my car look nice and clean. We pay for the 39.99 a month and my car again looks GREAT! And something that I love about the this place is that when you're vacuuming and cleaning the car out they have towels there to really wipe down the car inside and out. The price might be much but for the value and complimentary towels when cleaning the car out AMAZING. I think it's the best car wash in ripon! read more

Came for a quick car wash on my lunch break and figured I'd check out this new car wash that recently opened up, I pulled into the one time purchase line, the gentleman standing there asked me what tier I would like and I told him I just wanted to try out the 'good' tier for today just to try it out since it's my first time ever coming. The gentleman standing there tried to persuade me into buying the monthly membership, In which I politely declined reinstating I just wanted the basic tier, However he continued to aggressively push the top tier, insinuating I wasn't able to afford it. Even going as far as to mumble under his breathe "You could've gotten the top tier for more benefits but instead your deciding to get the cheaper 'good' tier instead." The whole interaction was completely unprofessional and unnecessary rude, all over the fact I didn't want to get the monthly membership. Will not be returning to this location if these are the type of people that are hired. read more
