Stefani was ok until you're honest. She was legitimately arguing w me about spacing on a business card I had designed prior to them. I measured it. It is CLEARLY off centered which totally ruins the business card. I asked for a replacement cause I need consistent production. And they say, NO it's ok we will refund. So a business walks away from revenue!? If I was the owner I would fire that employee. If I was the owner, I WOULD MAKE SURE it's done correctly and I would not stop until my CUSTOMER is 100% satisfied. I am here to save small business owners a headache and time lost. Money comes back, time does not.

my husband went to them to order hats and shirts for his business and they gave us TERRIBLE…read moreembroidered hats and ink shirts. The hats stitching is literally going out of the image. not minimal defect a HUGE one thru the whole image. the inked shirts there are blotches everywhere on it. When my husband spoke to them about it he got yelled at. We HIGHLY do not recommend especially instead of helping find a situation on a product they sold to us with so many defects we got yelled at.
