When I first did business with them two years ago, the individuals was nice. So nice, that I continued to do business with them. But now, the guy who works two jobs was rude, grumpy, and did not care about the customers or the customer time. I have talk to an associate the day before to make arrangements for the next day. I also sent an email again of the confirmed time to be there. Today the girl was saying that we did not discuss a time. And the time they was stating that they was open, they still was not ready and had a bad attitude, after I was already waiting an hour. The guy kelp stating, I got out my bed to do this, I work two full time jobs, 6 days out the week. Trying prove a case that my time/customer time didn't mean anything to them. When I was having questions about my purchase and what would it look like if it was bigger, his attitude came back. To the point that he went in his pocket, stating "I ant worried about no money, you can have it back". Whoever is incharge of this place, I'm not sorry to but this is not the same place I did business with two years ago. The atmosphere is unwelcoming, and very disrespectful. An argument should not have broke out after me, the customers, used my own time to communicate to avoid what just happened.

To do so, clear communication was needed for proofs to be edited and approved. She also needed electronic forms of payment, and a dedicated employee to email back and forth with, and at times hop on the phone for clarification. This project involved 200 canvas tote bags. 200 Orange canvas tote bags. 200 high quality, reasonably priced, orange, canvas tote bags. Does that sound at all like too much? Acme Prints handled it with as much ease as I would've while printing a word document with my home printer. That actually can be tricky sometimes, so bad analogy. Nevertheless, Acme Prints, specially Vida, made this job a complete breeze, and when faced with large projects there shouldn't be a thought to go anywhere else. Oh, and did I mention the price was unbeatable and the the production turnaround time was about 8 days? Yeah...I can't wait to work with them again either.

So a business walks away from revenue!? If I was the owner I would fire that employee. If I was the owner, I WOULD MAKE SURE it's done correctly and I would not stop until my CUSTOMER is 100% satisfied. I am here to save small business owners a headache and time lost. The hats stitching is literally going out of the image. not minimal defect a HUGE one thru the whole image. the inked shirts there are blotches everywhere on it. When my husband spoke to them about it he got yelled at. We HIGHLY do not recommend especially instead of helping find a situation on a product they sold to us with so many defects we got yelled at.
