I looked for local options with a sinking feeling, as it didn't seem possible that such a place existed, that is, until I found AZ Custom Tees! I called before placing an order to ensure that they were as quick as their website promised. It was true. They were. I placed my order online (as a bonus, there was a coupon code available on their website) and used their shirt designing tool with ease. I picked the shirt up the following morning and it was perfect--exactly as I designed it online. The clerk was friendly and quick. I was in and out of the mall in less than five minutes. This shop was perfect for me in a pinch. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future for custom shirt needs!

But now, the guy who works two jobs was rude, grumpy, and did not care about the customers or the customer time. I have talk to an associate the day before to make arrangements for the next day. I also sent an email again of the confirmed time to be there. Today the girl was saying that we did not discuss a time. And the time they was stating that they was open, they still was not ready and had a bad attitude, after I was already waiting an hour. The guy kelp stating, I got out my bed to do this, I work two full time jobs, 6 days out the week. Trying prove a case that my time/customer time didn't mean anything to them. When I was having questions about my purchase and what would it look like if it was bigger, his attitude came back. To the point that he went in his pocket, stating "I ant worried about no money, you can have it back". Whoever is incharge of this place, I'm not sorry to but this is not the same place I did business with two years ago. The atmosphere is unwelcoming, and very disrespectful. An argument should not have broke out after me, the customers, used my own time to communicate to avoid what just happened.

To do so, clear communication was needed for proofs to be edited and approved. She also needed electronic forms of payment, and a dedicated employee to email back and forth with, and at times hop on the phone for clarification. This project involved 200 canvas tote bags. 200 Orange canvas tote bags. 200 high quality, reasonably priced, orange, canvas tote bags. Does that sound at all like too much? Acme Prints handled it with as much ease as I would've while printing a word document with my home printer. That actually can be tricky sometimes, so bad analogy. Nevertheless, Acme Prints, specially Vida, made this job a complete breeze, and when faced with large projects there shouldn't be a thought to go anywhere else. Oh, and did I mention the price was unbeatable and the the production turnaround time was about 8 days? Yeah...I can't wait to work with them again either.

So a business walks away from revenue!? If I was the owner I would fire that employee. If I was the owner, I WOULD MAKE SURE it's done correctly and I would not stop until my CUSTOMER is 100% satisfied. I am here to save small business owners a headache and time lost. They even referred me to an excellent vendor to help me with the custom PJ pants. I was in a bind because I had ordered custom pajamas for my work party contest off of Amazon. After paying a $100 additional fee to be guaranteed on time delivery from that vendor, they gaslit me for weeks before finally admitted they lost my order. It was just days before my work event and I was left with nothing that I had ordered or paid for. I contacted these guys through Yelp and they were fast to respond and gave a very fair quote for the work. I ended up with a much better outfit than I originally ordered from Amazon and I even won the pj contest. I would absolutely use them again and I am very happy with my whole experience from beginning to end!
