I needed a place to add a custom logo to the front and back of my son's hoodie. I did a search for custom printing shirts in my area and found Custom World in the Arrowhead Town Center. Unfortunately, they only had one review and it was a one star so I was a little skeptical. But it was Christmas time and the mall was busy! I found the store and I talked to Omar and he said he could absolutely do what I needed to have a logo put on the front and back of my son's hoodie and to come back in 15 minutes. He transferred the logo from my phone to his and I left! I came back in exactly 15 minutes because I did not believe that he would actually have it done in that time. Guess what...he did! This place is terrible. I went today to have three shirts made for a party tomorrow, I told the guy I needed two extra large and one large shirt with what I wanted printed on them. Number one he tells me that any shirt over a large is extra but didn't really have a reason why. I needed them asap so I just paid the almost 140$ for the 3 shirts that he said would take 45 min to do. I went shopping came back the printing was perfect. I got home showed the other two people and they informed me the guy gave me 2 double xl and 1 xl. I called the guy back and he told me basically sorry but we will not refund return or exchange. GREAT BUSINESS PRACTICES. I've already called my credit card company to dispute this charge, but now I'm stuck with two gigantic shirts that are useless to me for the party tomorrow. This makes me so angry that people do not own up to their mistakes. I will be filing a complaint to the better business bureau and whatever else I can need to do so this does not happen to anyone else. I own my own business and we stand behind our name. Without our customers we are nothing. I hope the owner sees this and fires this so called manager who knows nothing about customer service or smart business practices!!!! Obviously Sam you are not sorry or you would step up and do the right thing. Your employee screwed up NOT ME. I asked for 2 XL shirts and 1 large. Where is my large I never even got one. Stay FAR away from this SCAM of a business! I called up prior to going and spoke to "Peter". I asked how much it would be if I was providing the shirt, which I did, and I was told it would be $25 per shirt to print on the front and back. I get there and the price has now doubled to $50 still with me providing the shirt. I told Peter I was not paying that much when I was given a way different price over the phone an hour prior. He finally settled on $30 per shirt. He was busy and I had several shirts so I told him I'd come back later. I went the next day to pick up the shirts and they printed the wrong size on the front and back. I told now a different "Peter" I'm not accepting these shirts that's not what I paid for. He called his manager and said I could go get new shirts, they would reimburse me for them and reprint for free. Great, annoyed that I have to come back again but ok. I go to pick up the reprinted shirts and there's an extra piece of black material by one of the letters. I told the guy this one needs to be redone and he said no it's fine. I said no it's not that's not supposed to be there. He used some chemical to get the black material off but now there's white glue. He told me it would come out in the wash. After 5 washes it never came off. The owner sent me a text refusing to pay for another shirt but if I provided one he would reprint for free. How is this my fault, YOUR company messed up TWICE now and now I have to pay to replace the shirt you messed up? I needed this shirt so I had to buy another one which is completely fine because I'll be filing a chargeback to recoups my funds. Very bad business practices and shady individuals. I highly recommend you go somewhere reputable and that guarantees their work and pricing. read more

I purchased last minute shirts for my company's Bike to Work Day. I originally planned on ordering from another company online, but the shirts wouldn't have arrived on time for this event. The guy working there was extremely helpful. He was patient with me as I selected my design, and they offered to ship the shirts directly to my company. Very hard to find; its not a store its a kiosk. Customer service needs serious improvement. I wanted a quote and the guy behind the counter couldn't bother to hang up his phone until I stood for awhile and he realized I wasn't going away. He then quoted me $25 a shirt to put 2 words on the shirts. Go elsewhere. read more
