When I asked they told me policy was one tea bag, so they charged me for a second bag which apparently is the cost of a second cup of tea. I already got charged for a 16oz and then an additional an 8oz so I could have 2 tea bags in my 16 oz. Make that make sense. Will never go to a Woods coffee again. What else are they over charging customers for?
