It's a good location to grab coffee if you are coming out of Bellingham International Airport, or are staying at the Hampton Inn - Bellingham Airport hotel. It's a Drive Thru. Really want to like Cruisin but anytime I order food they mess up. Just like 2 min ago. I asked for a bagel with sausage bacon cheese, no egg because I have allergies. I even asked if I could get cream cheese. I make it clear every time I can't have egg on it. Again I drive away to see that there is egg, no sausage or cream cheese. Half the time I go back through the drive through and make it known that they need to be more aware because this could really affect someone if the customer bites into it without realizing the barista added something they did not want. It's starting to get a little frustrating especially since it looks like they are writing it down, shouldn't be too hard to follow directions. read more

Long time customer, first time complainer. Seriously. I've been going here for years. They're not the best and most certainly not the cheapest but the coffee is good and the team is friendly and they are super convenient and typically fast. It's ice coffee time and for some reason, this summer, they can't figure out that iced coffee should be, well, cold. Every other coffee place has figured out that you need to stir ice with hot liquid to make it cold, not them. Almost every time I've been over this summer I've had to hand them back the drink so they can stir it. And, for the love of Dawg, why do they fill it so full that it comes out around the top when you touch the cup?!?! I tried sending a DM to them mentioning it. No change. Major bummed. Went to cruisin to get a bowl of soup, but didnt get to eat it. Love their soup, always great. They put it in a small styrophoam bowl with lid. Placed bowl in center console. For some unknown reason the entire bottom of the bowl broke (perfect circle) releasing soup everywhere. I did not "abuse" the bowl in any way, the bottom just fell out while I was driving back to work. Hopefully it was only one defective bowl and not the whole lot. I am a long time fan of Cruisin' Coffee. The drinks I get are always delicious and I appreciate their smiles and friendly service. I have not had a truly bad experience at a Cruisin' Coffee ever. This is the one I visit most frequently as it is close to home for me and they have proven to be pretty amazing in the past. The last couple times I have been there they did not remember what I ordered at the window and had to be corrected but I know they've got it in them. This will not deter me from coming back again and again. One thing that does put me off a little bit is that in food service, long hair or even medium hair is to be kept up when anywhere near the product and the last time I was there, the girl preparing the food items, including mine, had her hair down and no apron on over her sweatshirt. The apron I can look past but I work in food service and it is a major issue to have your hair down while working. I'm unsure if they have different rules because they are a coffee stand but I don't see why it would be that different when preparing food items. read more

So I had never tried the coffee here but finally decided to instead of getting coffee at school. I ordered an iced white mocha because it's my go-to. I was sort of confused when i got it in two hot cups and assumed they forgot it was iced which is fine. When i tried it though, the drink was room temperature and there was barely any ice left in it. It was also incredibly sweet, and overall i just couldn't drink it. Im not picky and i've never been unable to finish a coffee because i thought it was bad so this was a first for me. Almost immediately after drinking what I did, I felt insanely sick for a couple of hours and I blamed it on being tired until my roommate pointed out it was probably the coffee after I told her about it. I used to make coffee and I dont think I ever would have served a drink like the one I had. read more

the past few times i've gone ive ordered a bagel and a drink. the drink is completely fine it usually is. the bagels have been burnt so bad i can't bite into them i watch them make my bagels and every other bagel look completely fine. i never have time to go back and tell them my bahel is burnt. i shouldn't have to spend over $3 on a burnt bagel. i've messaged the cruisin coffee owners on facebook and asked for a refund and no response back. i love going to cruisin and never had a problem with them until recently. i don't get how they burn a bagel so bad and still put cream cheese on it and serve it and thinks it's fine. you see it's burnt throw it away. read more

I love Crusin' Coffee! I love the logo (a ceramic coffee cup with wheels on the bottom). I love the sandwiches and the coffee and that they *never* charge the right price for anything. (I think it all evens out since it's sometimes more and sometimes less, so I don't worry about it). We always stop here before we fly out of the Bellingham airport, and have to gulp our coffee down before we go through security. The coffee's worth it, but I'd still recommend getting a small coffee. read more

Open 24 hours! I mostly get the sandwiches. They are fast, good quality. When I get a mocha it is decent. Not the absolute greatest in town, but good. Never had a bad experience at any Cruisin... I think the staff at this one tends to be a little bit better. Price and coupons are nice. About the only con is that it's a stand (has picnic tables) so if you are walking / biking = wet. Waited in line for half an hour and there was only 2 cars in front of me that each got two drinks. Upon getting to the window Ireland did not apologize for the wait. That girl definitely needs some training on her customer service. When I asked her questions about the menu she wasn't friendly or helpful. When I told her I was frustrated with the wait she said "oh." The coffee was gross. It wasn't stirred. Maybe it's the barista, or maybe it's the establishment it's self. This is just your run of the mill espresso place. The nice thing about this location is that it's right off the freeway and in a gas station parking lot. It makes it easy to access and you can stop and get gas as well. Other then that, its just more of the same. read more

Went through last Friday morning and got a drink and a breakfast sandwich. I asked the sandwich to be on an English muffin. Opened it up and the English muffin wasn't even toasted. Who does that? I thought it was common knowledge to toast English muffins. I threw the muffin away and ate the sausage egg and cheese alone. I was pissed. All crusin' coffees are HORRIBLE. Absolutely worst coffee in Bellingham, and I dare say that I have ever had. We go on occasion when there is nothing else open, but we have a running joke in our family about how terrible the drink will taste and how badly our order will get screwed up. I have been to cruisin' probably 50 times since moving here and not a SINGLE time has my order not gotten completely screwed up, or just tasted horrible. I usually get a soy chai tea latte from Starbucks or woods coffee. I should have went to one of those places instead, but because I was tight on time I stopped at crusin coffee.
