Total letdown - over priced, long wait while you watch 2 of the 3 baristas stand around, then you receive watered down hot and iced coffee. Barista handed me a piping hot coffee with no sleeve burning my hand and my husband's iced coffee was watered down and had a few slivers of ice. We threw them both away on the way into work. I don't get it...Bellingham is saturated with these kiosks and this place is a TOTAL waist of your time and money! Don't trust the reviews as this place is the worst! Find a small business owner that actually cares about a quality coffee and give them your business because this chain clearly does not check this box. Literally the worst bagel I've ever had. Stopped on my way into work because I was craving a bagel. Asked for it toasted with herb cream cheese. The bagel was gross. Super soft and doughy and not in a good way. Tasted like cheap bagels. And they put about an inch thick of cream cheese in the middle (not the herb cream cheese like I ordered). read more

The coffee and food are average, and as for service it depends on the day. Sometimes you'll get a nice employee, but often times when I pull up to the window I feel they look at me like i'm interrupting their conversations. These would all be fine if it weren't for their prices! Most times my total for one drink exceeds $7. read more

Perhaps it's just me. I suppose it's possible that I just don't like Cruisin Coffe period. I only went because Woods was closed. So there is that. They were open at 7:00 and I was grateful. However, again, the service was fine. The girl was nice and the coffee sucked. I asked for cold brew coffee and had to question her on whether it was real cold brew. She never gave us clear answer. I specifically asked if this was just coffee on ice because that's what it tasted like. It was weak. Then I asked for oat milk and coconut flavor. The coffee was weak the oat milk was weak and I could taste no flavor. She offered to put another shot in it and the coffee was still too weak. I'm including a picture that looks stronger than it actually is. She gave it an extra shot of flavor to which I could barely taste coconut. I am done with cruising coffee I don't know if the management is making them use specific tiny amounts or if those extras come out of their damn paychecks. I don't know what's going on but their coffee sucks. The coffee doesn't have flavor itself, the flavorings don't have flavor and the milks are sparingly. Next time I'd rather just go to McDonald's for a cup of regular coffee. read more

I love cruising coffee! Great cold brew, breakfast sandwiches and deli sandwiches. The staff is always so friendly.

I'll start this off with saying this place has the worst service. The girls are rude and seem they just hate their jobs. I ordered a turkey sandwich. Got to work and took a bite it was straight Philadelphia cream cheese with lettuce. I went back to return the sandwich and to explain the mishap. If the woman who took my order didn't respond with "well what do you want me to do about it" I was taken back because I would assume she would have offered to remake the sandwich or at least provide the turkey that I paid for. All I got was (we won't refund it because you bit into it already ) I literally had to leave because at this point I could already tell it could have been more messy to argue back with her. To the owners! Get better employees that actually want to help your business and not sabotage it! read more

The people working here are some of the nicest I've come across in fast service. However, almost every morning my coffee is wrong in some way. Whether it be no almond milk, milk not heated so I get a lukewarm latte, or no syrup at all. If I'm paying nearly $6 for a 16oz drink with two shots I'd hope it'd come out the way I asked it to. read more

I've been a customer of Cruisin' Coffee for years - they are one of the original coffee places in Bellingham and they do a consistent job on their drinks. They also have a good selection of bagels, sandwiches, and of course those awesome milkshakes they make. I also appreciate that they open super early for those of us who have to be to work at (yawn) 0500 - some of their other locations are actually open 24 hours. read more

Open 24 hours! I mostly get the sandwiches. They are fast, good quality. When I get a mocha it is decent. Not the absolute greatest in town, but good. Never had a bad experience at any Cruisin... I think the staff at the airport one tends to be a little bit better than here. Price and coupons are nice. Convenient to the bank and other stores in the mall. Right by a bus stop. About the only con is that it's a stand (has picnic tables) so if you are walking / biking = wet. All of the Crusins are stands BTW. read more

All crusin' coffees are HORRIBLE. Absolutely worst coffee in Bellingham, and I dare say that I have ever had. We go on occasion when there is nothing else open, but we have a running joke in our family about how terrible the drink will taste and how badly our order will get screwed up. I have been to cruisin' probably 50 times since moving here and not a SINGLE time has my order not gotten completely screwed up, or just tasted horrible. This place is great. I work at Whole foods and it is so nice to have a coffee place that opens so early right next door. The workers have always been super nice and friendly. The only problem I have is the drinks aren't consistent. They taste very different depending on who you get. I've never had anything bad but consistency would be appreciated. Other than that. I give them 2 stars because their coffee is really good but they are constantly ripping people off. I've mostly experienced this at the Lakeway location. My hot drinks are never filled to the top. Why am I paying $5 for a 16oz drink when I'm only getting 10oz?! Check your drinks when you get them, you'd be surprised how often you're not getting your money's worth. Got a bagel from there this morning from two girls. I specifically asked them to toast it and put a little extra cream cheese. I ended up getting a completely untoasted bagel, and cream cheese on just one side of the bagel extremely thinly spread. There are some people that do a great job, but those two girls did not. They giggled the whole time, ignored me when I tried asking a question. Walked away before I was done ordering. They didn't even toast the bagel, it was just weird considering I saw one of the girls toast a bagel for herself. I usually go there all the time whenever I have a 6:30 AM shift, but I don't think I will anymore. I would have drove back and asked them to make it again, but I only opened the bagel once I was at work. I was the only car there, it wasn't like they were busy or anything. read more

I very rarely have a good experience at ANY of the Crusin Coffees but this one is especially rough. The girls are always so unfriendly no matter what time of day or how busy/slow it may be. The coffee is terrible and the red bulls incredibly inconsistent sometime to the point I have to add club soda at home because they put such a ridiculous amount of flavor.
