The lady administering the treatment said that most customers come in for multiple treatments to get good results. They never tried to book returning visits. I thought that was the whole point in this advertising promotion - get people in and up sell or book the next visit for them in on additional business. 1-you have to walk around the entire building from the parking lot to get to the entrance - not really convenient. 2-overall atmosphere was extremely unprofessional. I apologized and explained that I didn't realize their place was so far from my house and that I would be there in a minute. She apologized for the response but backed the employee up stating that the massage therapist said that she wouldn't have anytime to give me a massage after I filled out the paperwork. Before scheduling, note the ratings for this facility are almost solely for services rendered by the esthetician, and the ratings for Botox are 1 star. Additionally, Dr. Reddy is not a dermatologist or a plastic surgeon, which is something I did not realize until this very poor result.
