Working at a desk all day I have a lot of pain in those areas and I'm used to being able to get regular massages to help. We move a lot for work so it's not always possible but I'm happy to say I've found a new therapist to visit on the regular. He also did some work on my neck with me turned on my side to better access those points which I thoroughly appreciated as not many therapists do that. This massage clinic is anything but luxury. It is the McDonald's of massages. The room was freezing so I never really relaxed. In 90 minutes my feet got 30 seconds of attention and that was one of the first things I told her was aching me, Followed by my neck and shoulders and for some reason she wound up spending probably a total of a half an hour on my upper inner and outer thighs?!?! The best part of this 90 minutes or when she disappeared for all of five and came back with these hot metal balls that she rubbed for about three minutes around my neck area.
