I traveled about 40 miles on a Saturday afternoon to go to this garden center because I had been by…read moreit several times and it looked like it was a good place. I was looking for something very specific and they had a large variety of plants. It was about 95° out. I walked around and started looking to see what they had. Not one word from a single person that worked there. Not a hello, not a can I help you, nothing. I finally stood in line to ask the lady behind the counter a question and she answered my question and nothing else. I went over to get the flowers that I wanted; two flats of 15 annuals and a flat of nine. I'm elderly and it was 95° out. I had to get all of these flowers onto a cart and push them over to the checkout counter, where the lady was talking to some nice people from Virginia all about Florida foliage versus foliage up north. The lady at the checkout never looked at me once until the man she was talking to finally said I think the lady over there needs help. I probably won't go back here just because I think if you want someone's business and they're there spending money that maybe you should talk to them and be nice to them. It just makes good business sense. I just felt like I was on my own, which I was.
