I drove slowly and smoothly about 10 minutes to my Airbnb and immediately & carefully unwrapped my brand new toy, the MOST EXPENSIVE piece I've ever splurged on for myself. My brand new $300 water pipe was broken. A small piece piece had broken off on the end where you insert the banger... I went back to the store immediately and was told by the employee he "wrapped it correctly" and per the manager I would be able to purchase another piece for 40% off. So. Maybe pack your own items or carry them in your lap for safekeeping because this was the first time a piece in my possession has EVER broken in transit from a head shop

Prices don't vary and there's on average 4-5 in any one mile radius. That being said, why do I love Haze & Blaze? Aside from their clean, well stocked and copious varieties of every product, it's their staff! Everyone that works there is upbeat, professional and knowledgeable about everything they sell! They've always made me feel like I'm their number one client. I know I'm not because my purchases are on the lower end and I go there maybe twice a month. Somehow, they remember my name and even specifics of our last conversation! This spot is basically a "Cheers" version for head shops minus the disfunctionality. I'll drive the extra distance for various purchases if the staff is outstanding and this is one of those instances.
