Neither of their 2 locations is very convenient for me and yet still of all of the Vapor shops in the greater ATX area, this is easily my favorite and anytime I can make it there, I will. Here's why: Any standards I apply in evaluating how well a retail business is performing, Zee Cigs excels at meeting and surpassing. 1. They have an excellent selection of quality products that range from budget to high end. Something for everyone in a small but immaculate shopping environment. 2. Their prices are super competitive. They take away any remorse one may have about not saving money online by offering prices from equal to just slightly higher than can be found on the web. Margin they lose by doing this will likely be made up by selling higher volumes of merchandise. I have always liked this approach. It shows that the merchant has a big picture in mind. 3.The quality of their e-juice is great. 4. Their staff-Friendly, knowledgable, and completely customer service oriented. They stand behind the performance of the products they sell. These are folks you can feel good about doing business with. You can sense that they are interested in the vaping world and enjoy being in this business. I have been there twice and first worked with Maggie and then with Shawn the next time. These guys are amazing!! Very knowledgeable and the vapor quality of their juice is nothing short of incredible. Honestly, they blew my expectations out of the water. I love that you can "try before you buy" and Rick is the best Vape Master I know he was very patient with me and dealt with my neuroses while I tried every flavor in the shop a handful of times apiece. Yes, I walked in with a list and took notes on each flavor I tried...He also had excellent recommendations and I ended up trying and buying flavors I wouldn't have otherwise. On my first visit, I wasn't expecting much as I'd tried liquids from several different vendors which only resulted in me being pretty disappointed and ordering 1 single flavor consistently from the online vendor from whom I purchased my unit. Since i walked into this shop a few months ago I haven't even USED the liquid I previously thought was unbeatable. I strongly recommend the Sweet Momma-i like to mix mine with Habana Banana(about 3 parts SM to 1 part HB). I do the same with Crumblin' Cookie and Vanilla Cinnamon. These guys changed my entire perspective on vaping, from the various units I now use to the flavors I vape. What else can I say...they're the best! I have been going to this store since I started vaping a couple years ago and Rick has always helped me get exactly what I was looking for every step of the way, even if i wasn't sure what I was looking for he helped me find it. I have to give props to Rick, he always has taken care of me there and spent countless hours over my visits explaining how things work and how an upgrade would affect my vaping experience. I have never been over sold, the products I've purchased from them have always been great quality, and they have a great selection of different flavors(I recommend the nilla cake) I highly recommend this shop whether you are just starting out or have been vaping for a while. As always 5 stars for this business I can't thank enough Shawn for helping me quit smoking and now that he opened the lakeway locations it just awesome! I work at lakeway and now it's easier and faster to get my favorite products, could, liquids you name it! Moving to Texas about 6 months ago I was a heavy smoker and wanted to get off of it. I was introduced to Zee Cigs for the vape world. Working in Lake Way is a great help with getting to this shop. I have been going down to seventh Street Zee for a long while now. This is my third time to the 620 location and I love it just as much as seventh Street. This place is super cool. It has a really great retro vibe they even have a old 50's television playing I Love Lucy episodes They carry there own liquid line which is delicious and very resonably priced There prices are really good and they have a great selection of tanks and batteries and great kits for the first timer The staff was really helpful and friendly and there two dogs are really adorable they also have a loyalty program that I think is a very nice touch I will certainly return for all of my ecig needs read more

Look Guys im not a teenager but trust me when i say this place is laid back and very cool. I decided to try vaporing instead of cigarettes. i had no idea where to start, knew nothing about vaporing, except what ive seen online of course. they help me out with a "starter vapor" which is really cool. i love it. they took it out the package and showed me how it works, how to clean it and refill it.
