I called to make an appt for a doctor consult and was told it cost $50, so I booked it. I had a 20 minute consult - with a nurse, not the dr. - and was about to leave when the receptionist said "You owe us $400." I said that's a mistake, I was already charged the $50 fee. The doctor himself came out of his office and said it was my fault for "misunderstanding" the woman who made the appt. I said, uh, no, I wouldn't have booked the appt if it was $450 and I pointed out it wasn't a dr. consult anyway. The doc got very upset, said he'd find the "tape" of the call, then said he'd call the police. Then he pivoted and tried to upsell me by offering me a deal on the service - there's a first, a doctor, in front of a room of embarrassed staff and another patient, trying to upsell someone. Post follow up. I came in on Tuesday to pick up my blood work. I walked in and same 2 gals were there. It was awkward the minute I walked in as the same woman was there that lied to me the very first time. (I could feel her laughing. Not sure if it was at me. So I didn't take personal.) I sat down for seconds and then was walked into the room. The minute the door closed I could here them talking, just a heads up those walls are paper thin and the office was right next to the room I was left in. Again, I didn't pay attention to it I literally was just hoping to get my labs back and move on. Finally, ruby I believe is here name came in (nurse) got my vitals. She was very very sweet! Again, I applaud their nurses professional and courteous. I finally met with the doctor went over my labs, and we were close to done we talked about my first experience and he explained to me that he did have a talk with the front desk and that going forward he's ensuring that the calls are being recorded. That's awesome. He asked me why initially I didn't take the $150 credit I was being refunded or the B12 shot. I explained to him that in that moment I was not thinking because I was sooo upset that I was being called a liar and the whole situation.... Long story short I walked out I paid $150 and the girls handed me a bag. No clue what it was. I got to my vehicle and I decided wait let me text or email them to see if I couldn't still get my credit of $150 that was offered to me the first time. I went back and fourth with emails with Stephanie this time, but unfortunately I won't be getting my credit because they "gifted" me some stuff. Last I checked a gift came out of someone's heart. I did receive 1 b12 shot which I could've gotten elsewhere for free with my insurance, as you see in the emails they stated I got 2, but that never happened she even acknowledges it in the first email when I declined it. I had some Covid symptoms. Despite quarantining, I had do go to a doctors appointment so I could have been exposed. I have pre-existing conditions so I wanted to get a rapid test. I found MyConciergeMD and made an appointment same day. I'm anxious about my results. I got to my appointment early and got tested at 2:22pm. The tech did not go too far up my nose but did each nostril 15 seconds. I asked when I would receive my "15 minute results" and I was told 30 minutes max. She asked if I wanted text or email results and I said text. We triple checked my phone number because I wanted to make sure it was legible and then I left. My husband was with me in the car and was impressed with the experience. Almost three hours later and I don't have results. I've called the office and have emailed them multiple times. I waited an hour because I understand that there could be delays even though the tech said "30 minutes max". Despite the fact that they are doing Covid tests, the main office is not open and no one picks up. I've tried every option. Emails have gone unanswered. I even found the Doctors Facebook and commented to see if he sees it and can help. It's bad business to charge people $180 for a test and then not deliver it on time and then not have anyone around to triage the issue. I drove an hour to go get the test and there were other options around me. If I had known, I would've gone somewhere else. When a staff member and the website set an expectation and don't meet it, it's on them. I'm still sitting waiting for my results. This is unacceptable. UPDATE: I received a call after multiple emails and phone calls and was told my negative result. The person on the phone said "we weren't sure if the texts went through" which is ridiculous. No one ever tried. They were never sent until I started complaining. In another review, the doctor says it must be in the patients spam. No one sent it ever. Ridiculous. read more

Unlike my past experiences, he truly invests himself in understanding and addressing my concerns, most recently with ADHD testing and ADHD medication. At my appointments I felt heard, understood, and supported in managing my ADHD. Dr. Nazarian's true care and attentiveness to my individual needs have made all the difference in my journey towards better mental health. I did hair PRP with them for 3 times and kid you not each time I got an appointment there was some kind of a confusion or problem. I highly recommend Dr. Nazarian & his team for a primary care physician. I hadn't been to a proper doctor in a while, and my first lab test revealed that I had virtually no testosterone. Using their bio identical hormone replacement therapy, I was able to get back to normal levels, and feel much better than I used to. They also designed a weight loss program with compounded semaglutide, which has helped me lose 30lbs in the last few months (and is significantly less expensive than brand name Ozempic, WeGovy, etc.). I was concerned about possible side effects since it seemed almost too good to be true, but I've had absolutely none, and I feel comfortable that even had there been, I'm in good hands with Dr. Nazarian. They also do MIC/B12 vitamin injections, which I just tried today, so I'll post an update about that when I have one! The office is clean and easy to get to, and the parking attendants are pretty chill (they text you a link to a button and then your car is ready & waiting when you're done). I scheduled an appointment for a COVID-19 test and specifically asked for the required documentation to board my flight/enter my country of destination. When I arrived to be tested I asked the nurse about the documentation and she did not have the details. I called the office and was told to send my name as listed on my passport, via email, when I received my results. I was told the timing to receive the documents would be about an hour after my email. I received my results the next morning and emailed my details at 9am. The timing was excellent. Around 11am I received an email asking for my passport number so I sent it. I didn't hear back from anyone so called around 2:30pm and received the files requested but my name was not complete (middle name missing). I called and spoke with Abby, who did not have a great attitude, and told me I should have emailed my name. I explained I already did and she went through her emails and found it. I waited on the phone for her to fix the error and the second version I received was still wrong (middle name spelled wrong). The third version was fine. I expected much better service and less follow up for the price of this test. I highly recommend any place other than My Concierge MD. Travelling during these times is stressful and the team at My Concierge MD only added to the stress. read more

Do not get COVID testing here! I came here in an emergency a few days ago for the rapid COVID testing and was met with total disorganization AND I still have yet to receive any test results despite my multiple calls and emails to the office. This is absolutely horrifying and because of the delay I have had to go get tested elsewhere. Not to mention the extreme lack of professionalism during my testing. The staff tried to tell me I needed two types of covid testing and when they actually conducted my test they had to prick the tip of my finger several times before it was done correctly. I needed to get a Covid 19 test and so I looked up "rapid tests" and My Concierge MD popped up. I couldn't wait the 7-14 days that the county health tests were doing because I was feeling ill all week and I am the sole caretaker of my 95 year old mom. I immediately signed up, paid the fee and got a SAME DAY appointment. The instructions for where and how the test would be administered were very clear. I was instructed to park in a line with other vehicles and they gave me the test kit and instructed on what to do and when to do it. I would say the entire process took 20 minutes (instead of the 2 hours it took the first time I took a test with the county). I had my test results emailed to me encrypted within 24 hours. It was negative btw ... this offered peace of mind. I would gladly go again should the need arise. Their follow up to emails is outstanding and even while they are busy they take the time to communicate back with you. Yes this costs a bit more than other providers at $225 for my COVID test (which insurance may cover me for anyway with the Superbill I completed and submitted to my insurer) but the service was excellent, they were extremely attentive to my extensive questions, and the result came in within about 15 hours, well ahead of its promised time, and the test itself was very simple and fast. Obviously, ensure you have more time as they suggest, and don't count on your result being within 15 hours like me, but that was a very fast turnaround which was appreciated. The premium you pay here is nothing considering the piece of mind, and absolutely excellent service. Dr. Nazarian even chose to personally respond to some of my questions (though his staff was certainly doing a great job too with being responsive). I made my international flight, made it through Costa Rica's immigration department without issue, and just got back from a wonderful trip that this negative PCR test required. read more
