I had a highly unprofessional experience with Daniel and Limor Dawoody's office. I booked a colonoscopy through ZocDoc, but upon arriving for my 9:00 AM appointment on Feb 12, I was told they do not actually perform that procedure at this location. Furthermore, they attempted to push a monthly membership fee which I declined. The most frustrating part is that the office marked me as a "no-show" even though I was there on time. When I called to dispute the "No-Show" the receptionist was incredibly rude, hung up on me, and then left me on hold for 40 minutes when I called back. Today I received at $100 bill Ifor an appointment I actually attended but that the office was unable to fulfill. Beware of inaccurate service listings and poor administrative conduct at this practice. I intend to dispute this to the full extent!--- I SEE dr. I'll echo what the other low-end reviews say here. He seems like a decent doctor. The service is awful. I paid an annual fee. I don't expect miracle work, but I do expect returned calls and a functional office. Getting a GLP-1 refill involves multiple calls and near-begging. I gave up trying to up my dosage on the usual cycles because it meant booking yet another appointment, after multiple calls, talking to multiple people who clearly don't talk to each other. Follow-up services, referrals, labs: the answer is always "call them yourself." Zero coordination, zero help. I'm letting the annual fee go. Sunk cost. He seems like a decent doctor. His office needs work to reach normal levels, much less anything called concierge. read more

Dr. Benhuri is a nice guy and a good doctor which makes me feel bad for having to write this, but whoever he has doing his billing is beyond incompetent. I received an annual physical in January and have continually received, every month, harassing bills of various amounts despite the service being an annual physical paid for by insurance. I call them every month and they keep telling me they will stop sending them, but have sent them every month for the past 8 months. Obviously I'm fed up with receiving fake bills, so I'm writing this out of frustration. It is now 12 months later and I continue to be harassed by their billing department despite wasting my time having three way calls between the insurance and the billing. The insurance tells them and me clearly when and how they were paid. Avoid at all costs if you value your time not being wasted or not being harassed by scammy billing departments. read more

I wrote a similar review on Google, but my frustration is an experience worth your consideration on multiple channels, hence, leaving a review here too. I wish I had better things to say, but my experience with an annual physical at Dr. Daniel Benhuri's office has been extremely frustrating. Dr. Benhuri himself seems kind and competent, which makes this even more disappointing. However, the billing practices at this office are completely unacceptable and echo what other reviewers have experienced. I went in for an annual physical in December 2025 and explicitly stated multiple times that I only wanted a wellness/preventative exam. I did not mention any symptoms, concerns, or conditions, and I did not consent to any tests or services outside of a standard annual physical. Despite this, I later received charges for services I did not agree to and, in some cases, services that did not even occur. Since then, I've spent an unreasonable amount of time contacting both the office and my insurance, including participating in multiple three-way calls with Cigna and the provider's billing department. Even after these calls and being told the issue would be resolved, the billing problems continue with no clear resolution. It's incredibly frustrating to go in for a routine, preventative visit that should be covered by insurance, only to be hit with surprise charges and then have to fight billing errors for weeks. The time and energy wasted dealing with this has been exhausting. If you value your time and don't want to deal with confusing or potentially incorrect billing for a simple annual physical, I would strongly caution you to think twice before coming here. read more

I've had a terrific experience, over the last year, since seeing Dr. Benhuri. I feel that he is very approachable and I can talk to him about anything. He doesn't judge and always wants to help me come up with a solution, without seeming too paternalistic. Its always a pleasure coming to his office, and I always leave looking forward to my next appointment. The location is pretty far for me, but I never feel like its a chore or that its a waste of time, because he spends so much time and answers all my questions. read more

From the minute you walk into his beautiful office, you can tell you are going to be well taken care of. His staff is always prompt with email replies and easy to work with. The Dr. himself is very attentive and took his time talking with me and getting a good history on me. I never felt rushed or anything. Follow up with telehealth has been a great option as well since I do not live in the area. The reason for giving 1 star for this doctor is not his knowledge or expertise as a doctor, it is for the incompetent or poorly trained staff that one contacts to book an appointment with him. I am a new patient and tried to book an appointment for annual checkup, this is what happened to me: - In my first booking, the lady who took my info (name, insurance, email, tel #, etc) forgot to record any of that info. I got no confirmation and my appt was cancelled. - I called and booked another appointment, again gave all my insurance info, tel #, email, etc. Again, I got no confirmation and no follow up but I went there anyway. - Once at the doctor's office, I found out that my name was mistaken for another patient. They didn't have my right insurance and I ended up waiting for 40 minutes while the very uninterested and uninformed receptionist tried to confirm my insurance and after 40 minutes of waiting I was told that my insurance was NOT accepted. So I took time off from work, spent 2 hours to go there, wait and then come back as angry as possible from this doctor's office and I will never go back there again. The doctor himself may be good but his office staff are as bad as they come. Incompetent, poorly trained and totally uninterested in their work. read more

I wanna start by saying that I have had great experiences with this office. I specifically saw LIMOR Dawoody, the physicians assistant. I saw her specifically for the GLP1 consultation. I was able to get my prescriptions each time with grades. Their response time is amazing. If I had any issues with a medication, not being in stock, they did the legwork for me and helping me find a pharmacy that have the prescription available. My only reason for not continuing my care is that I was just informed that their practice is now a membership based model. I have been seeing the nurse practitioner since May. I read an article that said that their practice was going to a membership model back in February. But no one informed me of this until just now. Not until after I called back to speak with the doctor again regarding a another prescription then as I had just seen her the day before. So I feel like They dropped the ball and not communicating that their practice was a membership based. I have excellent insurance through Blue Shield of California PPO. So other than that if there wasn't a membership fee which I didn't even bother asking for because everyone wants so much money these days, my insurance benefits are just too excellent for me to pay a Co-pay And also have to pay a membership fee. Dr. Benhuri has been my doctor for about a year now and I have a ton of health problems. Not only did Doctor B get to the bottom of some of my lingering issues other physicians didn't catch, but he is so easy to work with it makes other doctors look terrible in comparison. He listens, is incredibly compassionate and passionate for his profession, which at the end of the day, is helping people. By far, out of hundreds of doctors I've seen in my life he's one I will maintain until I no longer can. I am so busy these days and this review is long overdue but here goes. My Mom decided to see Dr Benhuri because her previous Dr retired and she received no prior notice so she was left holding the bag. On her first visit my son and I waited in the front and this was a very thorough and lengthy appointment. Dr Benhuri provides comprehensive and thoughtful care of his patients , along with being a great listener and genuinely kind. This was all realized from her first and only visit and the times when she couldn't get in and he called her medications in after tele-visits. Whenever my Mom has called him, he has always returned her call promptly and he is always patient and courteous. When my Mom was promoted to see another Doctor about her tremor, we realized that this other Doctor was not a good fit, but that Dr Benhuri possessed all of the qualities that anyone would want in a Doctor. My mom called his office to see if her sleep medication could be called in and the receptionist informed her that she had to see the Doctor before he could call in more medicine. My mom then called the other doctor she had just seen and she agreed to call it in but Dr Benhuri didn't know that and called it in anyways. He called to talk to my mom because he didn't want to leave her hanging without being able to sleep and said he would be willing to call her medication in one last time until she came to see him. I'm sorry but that is unheard of! I have never seen a Doctor who is that concerned over his patients. The funny thing was even when my mom was at the other Doctor's office, all she talked about was how great and nice looking Dr Benhuri is, ha ha. So there you go!! If you want a kind, caring and dedicated Doctor who is both young and modern but knowledgeable and experienced, and who is super responsive he is your Doctor!j read more
