The store is dirty and broken down. It smelled bad when we walked in and we had to clean our own table.

Honestly I've never noticed this place was here but our cousin came into town and I wanted to take her here because I knew she'd be amazed with the rolled ice cream. My review is based on service, ambience and taste as a whole. The place has lots of potential but it looks run down and is dirty. Like food stains on the wall dirty. Most of the machines for the self serve aren't working or weren't in service. The AC wasn't working and the poor girl was sweating. So there was only one girl we saw our whole visit; we ordered two rolled ice creams, two self serves and then 4 drinks. I will say for being solo she knocked them all out fairly quickly, however, she was not friendly or warm. Kinda made us feel like we were inconveniencing her by being there and ordering things. On to taste... 3 out of the 4 drinks were good, we got a mango smoothie with mango jelly, a peach tea with lychee popping pearls, a green Thai tea with crystal boba and a mangonada. All were good except for that green Thai tea; there was so milk added and it tasted like flowers. Definitely not what I'm used to. The rolled ice creams were good per the kids and they loved watching her make them. The self serve was also good per the kids. Again this place has potential; but it definitely wasn't welcoming. They have games and what not to play which I like, and they also have food items like ramen and dumplings. read more

We arrived to get an ice cream roll and no one was around. we stood there for at least 5 min and I even said "hello" in a loud voice; then I called the phone thinking if they heard it ringing, they would come. NOPE! I went to the back and opened the curtain and the worker was standing there on her phone. it was awkward and I asked if they were open. She said," yes.". I told her we've been standing there and even tried calling. She seemed surprised and wasn't friendly after I mentioned the above. Not a good way to keep customers. read more

Came in here looking forward to some frozen yogurt since options are severely limited in the 380 area. This place is Disgusting. The first thing you smell when walking in is a strong odor of weed immediately followed by a cheap cleaning solution they used to try and hide it. Reminded us of the smell when walking around New Orleans, throw up masked with cleaning solution. All the frozen yogurt flavors had a slimy film on it from never being used, most were still watery because their machines aren't working properly, flavors were awful. The toppings you can tell, had been sitting out for days if not weeks. The strawberries were old and molded, all the gummy candy was hard as a rock, most likely expired and had been sitting out for days. The store itself was also just dingy and dirty, hair on the tables and seats. Just overall a very gross experience and so disappointing. Do yourself a favor and grab a shake from shake shack next door for your sweet fix, this is not it. read more

The person working seemed to be new and over-froze the ice cream, it was literally flavorless by the time he finished with it. Additionally, the metal block they roll the ice cream on was so filthy I found chunks of green all through my ice cream. The restaurant itself was also- filthy. I would not recommend. This was me my family's first time coming here and it was pretty good! The place seems like a cool place for you to hang out after school or shopping. It is unfortunately understaffed, however their staff is really sweet and welcoming! We only had rolled ice cream and it was okay, but then again I'm not a huge fan of rolled ice cream so my opinion is biase. I do want to point out though that what they give you is identical to what you get which needs to be applauded. Over all a good place that I would recommend! read more

Love this place! Never disappoints. I love their matcha rolled ice cream with popping boba and strawberries. Their Thai tea milk tea is also delicious. My go to spot. Be prepared to wait if they are busy. So if you're not a patient individual I suggest you return on a slower day. read more

Very clean location. Little place it hidden and tucked away behind a very popular threading salon and behind Jason's Deli. I love that they offer a military discount I do not like that their tea prices are more than Dallas. #Eeek Boba takes up so much room and they charge extra. I'm all for supporting local, yet, I can drive 5 more minutes and save $2 on a large boba tea. Yogurt prices are on point tho! So if you just want a yogurt... this place is legit. Suggest that they lower the boba prices ONLY because this area is growing... someone will come in and undercut that and take away 50% of the business. Don't let that happen! I've always wanted to try rolled ice cream. It looks really cool and pretty. Drop and Roll did not disappoint. The ice cream was really cool to watch being made and it was very pretty. I really enjoyed that the shop offered additional options. You could have Bubble Tea, Smoothies, FroYo, and Speciality Treats like a taco and the rolled ice cream. The price was reasonable and I liked the variety. I did not like that there were no descriptions next to any of the items. As a first timer I had questions that would have been easily answered with a menu describing each item. There is no sampling the rolled ice cream. I was intrigued by the pineapple ice cream but didn't want to chance a whole order if I didn't like it. It was hard to eat the freshly rolled ice cream with the spoon provided. It was a challenge with the spoon bending with each scoop, it did get better as the rolls began to melt. Lastly, the ice cream did not really have any flavor. I choose cookies and cream and it was just bland. I might have chosen a different flavor if I didn't have to ask about each selection on the menu. I stopped in here during lunch for a bubble tea. It was pretty quite on the afternoon. The shop is very clean and cute. There is plenty of seating. They have a lot of options, frozen yogurt, bubble tea, rolled over cream and dessert tacos. There is a large variety of options to choose from. Something for everyone I would imagine. The staff was very friendly. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie with tapioca and it was made with fresh fruit. Good portions and the tapioca was freshly made. Very good on the tapioca. I enjoyed the freshness, they were warm though, so that changes your drink experience a little if it's a cold drink. I appreciate the amount of options they offer and how the store also sells frozen yogurt along with boba and rolled ice cream. Although this might sound a little nit picky, I do wish they had more fruit options with their frozen yogurt because I don't really enjoy candy/sprinkles with my fro-yo and sometimes there's a small stench of bleach (or other cleaning additive) present in the restaurant. Really excited to have tried this place out because for the longest, I thought they just sold ice cream, but when I looked on Yelp I saw that they offered so much more.
