R&b Tea is one of the best drink chains out there with the best flavors and ingredients, so I was ecstatic to see they opened one in Mckinney!! I love that they don't use artificial fruit flavors. I frequent the Garland location often also since it's near my job and it's also AMAZING . I got one of my usuals which is the mango stormy which is basically like a mango creamsicle slush and a bubble waffle. The bubble waffles are awesome but I recommend eating it while it's fresh or at least try it while it's fresh and crispy but soft on the inside. If you wait to long it's still delicious but it's soft throughout . I already plan on coming back tomorrow. Side note: confused about how the first reviewer subtracted a star even though it "tasted amazing".

Delicious drinks and food! I had the honey green tea and it was delicious. I also tried some of their coffee drinks and they were just as good! Service was quick, and friendly! Super clean and great vibes, a nice place to hangout with friends and family. Can't wait to come back and try more drinks and food!

    Hawaiian mochi donuts

The Hawaiian donuts is a must try. It's almost close to the ones we ate in Hawaii. We tried every flavor from custard, chocolate, pandan, and ube was our favorite. We will definitely come back again for more.

one employee working (he was fantastic and super hard working). waited close to an hour for our one…read moresingle ice cream. three broken chairs. dirty floors. VERY hot. AC appears to be broken or turned off.

Honestly I've never noticed this place was here but our cousin came into town and I wanted to take…read moreher here because I knew she'd be amazed with the rolled ice cream. My review is based on service, ambience and taste as a whole. The place has lots of potential but it looks run down and is dirty. Like food stains on the wall dirty. Most of the machines for the self serve aren't working or weren't in service. The AC wasn't working and the poor girl was sweating. So there was only one girl we saw our whole visit; we ordered two rolled ice creams, two self serves and then 4 drinks. I will say for being solo she knocked them all out fairly quickly, however, she was not friendly or warm. Kinda made us feel like we were inconveniencing her by being there and ordering things. On to taste... 3 out of the 4 drinks were good, we got a mango smoothie with mango jelly, a peach tea with lychee popping pearls, a green Thai tea with crystal boba and a mangonada. All were good except for that green Thai tea; there was so milk added and it tasted like flowers. Definitely not what I'm used to. The rolled ice creams were good per the kids and they loved watching her make them. The self serve was also good per the kids. Again this place has potential; but it definitely wasn't welcoming. They have games and what not to play which I like, and they also have food items like ramen and dumplings.
