Drive Az Cars / GB Automotive, sold me a 2013 BMW X5 and all the crap I went through with them about fixing part of my vehicle that I paid for, it was obviously a lack of communication on their end but the 2013 BMW X5 I bought from them. I love it and they did not do anything dishonest. I got the car that I wanted. They were not dishonest about anything with the sale of this BMW. I did have a few things I had to fix but buying a used car is as is if you don't do your due diligence, then it's your own fault but I am very happy with the BMW X5. Seller orders transport and claims I'll pay for it all. Buyer receives call from transport driver in route. Driver informs buyer that the seller did not pay for transport. Buyer pays $900 transport fee. After delivery of vehicle (26) days later buyer receives vehicle title on 7/29/2023. Seller has not paid the agreed transport fee. read more

They get you to do the 5 star rating as soon as you go in there because I was hyped about getting the truck I wanted but it was not the results I was looking for at all. I'm sure at any dealership they are suppose to actually work on the vehicle and make sure all codes are actually off and not tampered with, but low and behold that wasn't the case here, and also I don't think it takes places weeks to fix something that's suppose to only take a few hours and not have customers calling non stop. Horrible service all together, and their mechanics have no idea what they doing whatsoever. On April 12, 2021 the sales person for my Odyssey was Leticia Cervantes, a amazing person, ask for her, tell them you read my review. The owner is Steven Gaines, it is now April 28th 2021, I drove my van to Cottonwood, Az. For a peaceful camping trip, when I arrived in Cottonwood Az. my car started skipping and the engine light came on, only had it for 2weeks or so, I had to cancel my vacation and bring the car home, thank God I made it home safely, before I bought this vehicle I explained to the owner Steve Gaines, how important it was to be safe in this vehicle, because my grandchildren will be in my vehicle a great deal, the fear of being stranded wasn't a option, the owner Steve Gains, gave me his word that he will stand behind his business, if there should be a problem within the next 30 days, he would hold up his word as a business owner, as well as a man! I trusted his word as a business man, as well as a family man, so I bought the Honda Odyssey! Well the vehicle of course needed repair They sent me over to Certified Auto Repair, in Cave Creek, Az. do not recommend this dealership at all. Very unprofessional i brought a car from them an within a week the check engine light came on. I brought the car back to them Byron stated nothing was wrong with it and cleared my check engine light. Day went by and it came on again & now my car wouldn't start. Called them & they towed my car. They stated again nothing was wrong with my car.. so i decided to take it up to auto-zone and they stated the catalytic converter is the issue.. messaged someone and explained my situation i got no response & Blocked at that.. now weeks go by & driving on the freeway my car started tripping engine is jumping car is going real slow and i pulled over and it wouldn't even let me shut the car off i had to wait till it cut off on it's on. Now i called them and let them know my situation i was told by Daren that they don't send out tow truck which i don't understand if y'all did it for me anywho nobody cared no tow truck was went & i was sitting there for hours.. Now i called a tow truck company & when they got there they couldn't even jump the car to put it in neutral & stated there something wrong with the transmission & also the screens pop up that also stated something was wrong with the transmission. Well the dealership stated it was alternator which i didn't believe was the only issue.. now mike called me and stated i could get out of my contract & will be giving me some of my down payment & he would give me a call back 2 days went by and he texted me stating that my car is ready for pick up and a balance is due before pick up. A texted back a balance due for what days went by and no response . So i texted him and stated is there a reason why I'm not getting a response back. He responded back with now this my response.. i texted him back and told him what happened to our deal of me getting out the contract and getting my down payment back now it's been since Monday and nobody has contact me what so ever. read more

I purchased a car from this company on 12-28-2021. At this time, wonderful, friendly customer service! Took care of every little thing to complete the sale of my Mercedes GLK 350. Even the lug nuts were replaced since my dad said those were not original to Mercedes! Fast forward to now and I realized that I was not given a lug nut key when I went to get two new back tires. I have tried numerous times to get ahold of the salesman and manager but neither have returned my calls! I was not able to drive my car there as I was getting ready to have surgery and not able to drive up there after since my right knee has been replaced. I sent pictures of my tires so that they could see the type of lug nuts they put on. Still no reply! So, my husband went to the Mercedes dealer in Gilbert and got the necessary information so that I could order the lug nut key! It would have been nice if the company I bought this car from would have returned any of my calls and helped solve this situation since I bought the car from them! My young daughter went to Drive Az Cars and was sold a vehicle that she was told was in good and safe driving condition. Unfortunately only days after the purchase began having transmission issues. We took it to a certified mechanic that informed us that the transmission was shot and needed to be replace. Not sure how this will go but I will re rate after we see how they handle it. read more

I can't even put a star because there's not enough to give these people because they went above and beyond to get me a vehicle it made me feel like me and my kids were welcome there when we first got there it's like a big family from different backgrounds they just showed love and compassion and their love for Animals is amazing but what they did after I purchase my vehicle and I got locked out cuz my insurance didn't have roadside is what really touched my heart they sent their own people which is almost 40 minutes away to come break into my truck and the top it off I had an appointment and I had no more money or Uber or nothing in the man sent me money to get the guy that's breaking into my car to help me know what dealership does all that and go sit any lengths to make sure you're okay to make sure that your car is up and running and that you're able you know to be okay I'm so truly grateful I picked this dealership because I'm not only got a new vehicle I got new friends and family I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart because what you did was a true act of kindness and give people hope.
