I texted and called and left a voicemail the next day and received no reply to either one. I finally called in the afternoon of the 3rd day and spoke with him on the phone and he still had not looked into the issues we had spoke about 3 days earlier. He did finally look at it while we were in the phone and said his car repair guy was coming over to look at the car and he would call me back shortly that day. Again, I never received a call back. It was not until late the next day that | finally received a call back. Not calling me back (twice) shortly when he said he would, ignoring my voicemail and text messages twice made me decide to not do business with him/Prestige Auto. He he would not apologize for what happened but took full responsibility. What??!.. Do business this Dealer/Broker at your own risk.

Communication felt lacking, and at times I felt more like a transaction than a valued customer. The bright spots were Danny, the sales manager, Linda in finance, and Sinclair in technology. Danny stepped in when needed, was professional, and made sure my concerns were addressed and was really the one who made the deal happen Linda was knowledgeable, straightforward, and made the finance process much smoother than expected. Sinclair was fantastic--patient, thorough, and took the time to make sure I understood all the features of the vehicle before leaving. A luxury dealership experience should feel consistent from start to finish, and unfortunately that wasn't the case here. If it weren't for Danny, Linda, and Sinclair, my overall impression would have been much lower. They are the reason I'm giving the review more than a couple of stars.

Regretfully, I took my car there for tranny work, as Russ said they had a tranny wizard. They fix my tranny and damaged my radiator, then acted as if they didn't know anything about it. There were other bad reviews about the work there. Some people get kinda funny when they get in a new working environment. The shop gets a steady stream of Sun City and the likes so there is no need for them to offer good service 100 percent of the time. Shops screw up and good ones own up. I have never asked for a discount but I do expect not to have my car damaged. Do you have the desire to simply be treated like a human being and not a sale/commission? Try Nelson's. They aren't a normal car lot... and if you understand business and the costs associated with it all you'll get it once you see their offerings. We were able to get a reliable car for our teenage son at just the right price. It didn't need any mechanical work done, and when we took it to get new tires it was verified that the suspension and brakes were both in great shape (hard to check those otherwise). Bonus: the picture of the car online actually matched what the car looked like in person. No "from this angle you can't see the huge scratch down the side of the entire car" shots. What you see is what you get. When I followed up on the sole issue with the car (a windshield replacement that was included with the car purchase due to a chip in the one it came with) I received a prompt response including confirmation that the title and plate were sent - plus an ask for me to let him know that we received it. That's not something you'll EVER get from a big name dealership. I will absolutely come back to Cody and his team should I ever be in the market for another car. (That would be a brokering deal, which they also do!)

He knew a lot about the car, showed us the Car Fax report, was completely transparent about everything. We were shopping on a Saturday night and he delivered the car to us on Sunday with a full tank of gas. We will go back to Cody and Nelson's for future used cars. I was told to ignore that, so I asked about having the car checked out by my local mechanic, I was told YES I could do that. Then I was given a story about mechanics saying things are wrong with a vehicle when they are not...suspicious about this pre-story, I didn't test drive the vehicle. Later I looked up the vehicle via the posted VIN number and found out that the car was $1500 on KBB, so I contacted the dealer to discuss the discrepancy. I was told that the VIN number doesn't include various features that drive up the price, they sent me a form stating the value of the vehicle is $7k approximately...the number I was supposed to forget about earlier. I then was told that they paid more for that vehicle than the KBB value, so no deal could be made. I was also told that they looked it up and it was the price they sent me, my information was somehow not correct or not including the special features. In one day they lied and attempted a "bait n switch". UNTRUE STATEMENTS: 1.) The VIN doesn't include all features for that exact vehicle 2.) My mechanic may exaggerate the issues with the vehicle 3.) KBB price is inaccurate, their personal KBB program is the only accurate source
