I came to them with 65 yrs. of experience, no tickets or accidents ever. I had just massively failed my first time with some 30 errors. Rob said "I can not teach you how to drive, I can teach you how they (DMV) want you to drive. We spent the hour going driving with my failed test. And it worked, in a few days I learned it, and did it for my Driving Test, and I PASSED ! He teaches not only technical driving but also the `spirit' of the road. I am 16 and I handle all of my own things, due to this I picked the cheapest I could find. The minute I went into his car he began flaunting his previous student's parent job. Then said that I was obviously not very well off, from the appearance of my apartments. Very rude and disrespectful, treated me as if I cannot understand English even though he has a thick accent (which I don't care because Spanish was my first language). I voiced my concerns about 6 1 hour session instead of 3 2 hour sessions but he doesn't accommodate. I paid in cash, he then denied receiving half of my payment (200) although I had paid it all by that point. Honestly he is veryyyyy unprofessional and the "laws" he teaches are outdated or I don't even know where he gets them from. He gets very catty, has a disrespectful tone, and is overall not a good instructor not person. Unfortunately I am not able to pay for 2 different schools so I am stuck with him until my driving test.
