I was a very young, stupid and broke 18 year old who desperately needed a car. I purchased a 2012 mazda 3 with 107k miles on it, after all is said and done I will have paid 27000 dollars for this car. I pay 267 every 2 weeks for a 14 year old car. I should have read more into it prior but they promised to help me and they took advantage of me, manipulated me and pressured me. Just one week after purchasing the car the transmission started slipping and my check engine light popped on. When I test drove it, it drove perfectly. when I called the service center in lees summit they pressured me into driving the car 40 minutes away which I didn't want to do because I knew if it drove it like that and damaged it further the warranty would no longer cover it, thank god I read the documents. They towed my car away and told me it would be done within a few days, I waited almost 3 weeks for my car and had sunk hundreds into the payments and hardly got to drive it and no they don't offer loaner vehicles of course. On my way home from the dealership my check engine light popped back on with 6 different codes, I'm 99% sure they just cleared the codes and sent me on my way. This car has been a nightmare for me, the first few months I had so many issues with it. The heat shields were botched as hell to the point where they had to be taken off, it had an exhaust leak, something was wrong with the EVAP system and the abs system and one of my wheel rims was cracked which resulted in a flat tire and when we went to put the spare tire on the tire exploded when we jacked the car down! Also my front axle broke leading to a transmission fluid leak which cost me hundreds to repair, then my trunk latch broke and the key battery died which was cheap but still... cherry on top. I got screwed so incredibly bad, 2.5 years into the loan and I still owe over 10000 on this car that the mechanic says is worth maybe 1800 at most, sure I'm partially to blame here because I went in there blindly and trusted them but they sold me a busted car. Now that it has thousands in repairs sunk into it, it runs fine but I shouldn't have had to sink so much into that car within the first 3 months... not worth it. Take your money elsewhere! On top of that, it is impossible to get in contact with anyone! No one ever answers the phone for whatever reason.

I eventually went in I asked them how much for a down pavment the were fine with $3,000 I told them I would put $5,000 instead and they agreed mind you the car was $20,000 on website but for some reason it went up to $26,000. I thought it could be because of interest so I didn't mind it. I signed a contract for $26,000 put $5,000 down and was told that i would be paying biweekly instead of monthly and gave me 5 years to pay it off I agreed and said it was fine. I had the car for about 5 months, I pay $400 every two weeks. I called them to find out how much left I owed and payed so far they told me I have payed $19,000 without down payment included which would leave me owing only $2,000 left to pay. They turned around and said that I payed half the price and that I still owed $25,000 and that the vehicle was $45,000 they are very bad business and literally the worst dealership to ever go to I even offered to give them back my car and get my money back and they wouldn't even accept that .car has no damage never got hit or nothing but they still wouldn't give me back my money they told me I could return it and not get my money back. Which leaves you with no choice but to continue paying they take advantage of people and they are very big scams.

How are you going to sell "high end cars" And not stand behind them. They are selling horrible cars with major issues and sticking the customers with the repairs. When purchasing the Bronco, we were specifically asked how we intended to use the vehicle. We explained that towing was part of that use and that we wanted the appropriate upgrades. We relied on the Ford dealership--the people we reasonably considered the subject-matter experts on the vehicle--to explain what equipment and configuration would be necessary. We do want to acknowledge that there was no hitch installed on the back of the Bronco at the time of purchase. However, that does not change the fact that the required tow package and related towing functionality were never disclosed or discussed with us during the sales process. We later discovered that additional equipment/configuration was required for the trailer-related lighting and signaling functionality we needed when towing. This was never mentioned during the sale, and even when we brought the Bronco back to this dealership weeks later for service, nothing was brought up then either. Before writing a public review, I emailed the dealership privately. My email was professional and specifically gave them an opportunity to address the situation and tell us what they could do to help. Management immediately called me. Unfortunately, that conversation is ultimately why I am leaving this review. Rather than acknowledging that this information could have been better communicated during the sale or discussing a possible solution, the manager was dismissive and repeatedly placed the responsibility on us. His position was essentially that because we purchased the Bronco without a hitch, we should not have assumed the necessary towing functionality was included, and he made it clear the dealership would not be doing anything about it. My response remains very simple: I don't know what I don't know. We told the dealership what we intended to do with the vehicle. We purchased a highly equipped Bronco with the expectation that the professionals selling it would explain which features were necessary for our stated use. Had someone told us during the sale that we needed an additional towing package, component, or configuration, we would have purchased or addressed it then. This isn't about expecting every available option to magically be included. It's about expecting knowledgeable guidance when you're purchasing a vehicle and have specifically explained how you intend to use it--especially when the missing functionality relates to proper trailer lighting and signaling. What disappointed me most wasn't discovering the issue. Problems and misunderstandings happen. It was management's response when we gave the dealership an opportunity to make it right. We are now out of state handling the issue ourselves. Based on both the sales experience and, more importantly, management's response afterward, I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership. If you're purchasing a Bronco here and intend to tow, I strongly recommend independently researching and verifying every towing component and feature yourself before signing anything. Unfortunately, our experience taught us not to assume that information will be explained to you--even when you've clearly communicated how you intend to use the vehicle.
