I had to call three times just to get a response. Finally spoke with Rusty who said he would call me first thing in the morning. Didn't get a call all day so I call the main sales line and spoke with Steve. I asked if Rusty was in and he claimed Rusty was sitting right next to him but hadn't called me back that day as he promised because "he had a fall last week." They couldn't even locate the car at first. Once they found it, I was told it hadn't been inspected yet, despite being advertised for over 10 days. I was assured it would be inspected on Monday. I heard nothing and had to follow up multiple times again. Then I was told the car suddenly had an engine light and needed to be sent to Land Rover for repairs. Later, I discovered the vehicle had been inspected on the 6th. It's extremely suspicious that major issues appeared right after their own inspection supposedly found nothing wrong. I signed the price sheet and made it crystal clear that I was ready to buy the car pending the Land Rover inspection. However, Steve then informed me there was an additional $2,000 fee on top of the selling price, a fee that was nowhere listed on their website as Steve claimed. Over the next week, I had to deal with multiple different salespeople. One completely ignored the fact that I'm out of state and planned to have the car shipped. Another even tried to switch me to a Genesis after I had already committed to this vehicle. The entire process gave me terrible vibes, like they were deliberately hiding something about the car. Today, after following up yet again, a sales manager left me a voicemail saying they were going to sell the car to their sister location but wanted to "close the deal for me." I reminded him I had already signed the price sheet and was simply waiting on the inspection (which they claimed had just been returned to them). He danced around providing it and said everything "looked good."..Thirty minutes later, he texted me that the car had been sold. This dealership wasted two full weeks of my time with endless excuses, poor communication, hidden fees, and what felt like outright deception. I should have trusted my gut and walked away immediately. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.

Let me just say the after the sale customer service is non existent!! Here's an example of what I am talking about. Before buying I asked if the car could be detailed of course they said no problem, but when I went to get the car all it was, was washed. When I brought that to the salesman he told me that's all they do. The car had not seen a vacuum since it was new! One really big thing was when I looked at the car it was advertised as having Bluetooth I also as the salesman if it had Bluetooth and was told yes buy him. After buying the car I couldn't figure out how to use the Bluetooth so I went back to the salesman and he said he would get it up and running. He went out tried couldn't get it to work so he said he would talk to the service department and get back to me. I'm still waiting for that CALL!. What I found out was that it didn't have Bluetooth sounds like false advertising to me. All I can say is don't buy a car from Roberts Chevy and if you do beware.
