They have a location in Tamarac, FL, I had a starter installed in July and after six months the car broke down with the same issue. I had another technician look at it and tell me it was the starter again, I called them but my phone calls have been ignored (guess they blocked me), ever since they don't want to tell me that they actually uses a refurbished product. Update, response from shop is not accurate, plenty of shops give estimates of repair without charging a fee. We didn't ask for any work for free, just an estimate before the work is done. Car brakes were squeaking like crazy. I knew I needed some new brake pads. Messaged them through yelp and they responded fairly quickly. They asked what I needed and laid out the charges so I knew what I was getting into. They followed up with me until I was ready to schedule. They were able to come the same day. They sent a tech to my house. I never had to leave home. The tech who was sent was prompt and polite and very neat. There was transparent communication. I needed both front and rear pads and I did an oil change as well. The tech was quick and efficient and now my van is incredibly silent when braking. PLEASANT EXPERIENCE! Car died in the Macy's parking lot, leaving my wife stranded. Was able to borrow a neighbors car and rescue her but now what to do with a car in the middle of a parking lot? Get it towed to a shop and incur an expensive tow charge? Still not know what is wrong with the car and having to rely on a mechanic that we know nothing about his integrity and experience was a scary option. Reached out to the Mobile Mechanic and set up a meeting at the car for the next day. Anthony, our technician, was already there waiting for us and diagnosed our car on the spot. Originally thought it was either the starter or the alternator, both $400-$600+ estimate quotes from MM. Turned out to be a bad battery and the job(Diagnosis, Labor, Parts) ended up costing $298.
